The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. To the outside is a decked rear patio with garden furniture, a communal lawned area and off road parking for one car. Being just one mile from the centre of Whitby, and on the edge of the North Yorks Moors National Park, Sunnybrae is the perfect holiday home for exploring the delights of this region.
