The Wee Holm is a contemporary three-bedroom luxury residence with breathtaking views across the Old Course and towards the sandy coastline of St Andrews. Set within its own private grounds, the property offers stylish, light-filled accommodation with excellent privacy.
The house features three ensuite bedrooms: one King-size primary bedroom and two zip-and-link bedrooms that can be arranged as Super King or twin rooms. A guest cloakroom is also located on the ground floor.A separate utility room provides additional laundry facilities.
The open-plan living and dining area is bright and spacious, with large windows capturing the views. The fully equipped kitchen includes two ovens, dishwasher, large fridge and separate large freezer.
Guests can enjoy Smart TV, Sky TV and a Sonos sound system. The property also offers high-speed WiFi.
The gardens provide generous outdoor space, ideal for relaxing after a day on the golf course or exploring St Andrews. Ample private parking is available.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. The property is non-smoking and equipped with modern safety features.
Wee Holm can be rented individually or alongside The Holm for larger groups.
