Unit 43- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom Gulf front view condo requires a seven night stay, no exceptions. It is located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! The living room has comfortable furnishings with a 39 inch flat tv with Dtv streaming service and Wifi internet.
The master bedroom has beautiful furniture with a king bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV with Dtv steaming service and Wifi internet. The guest bedroom has two queen beds with also a 32 inch flat screen TV with Dtv streaming service and Wifi internet for your enjoyment. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six persons. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has Formica counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker. The condo has carpeting in both bedrooms and living room area, while the rest of the unit is tile. The open balcony will allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Great place to stay right on the beach

This is our second time at this unit. We love the view of the beach, opening the window to hear the gulf, walking right out on the beach each day, the ability to rent umbrellas, chairs, etc. The unit is clean, comfortable and really had everything we needed for a great week. Easy drive to the village each evening for dinner.

Amazing views!

The views of the condo were amazing! This is beachfront and it was great to have a short walk to the beach! It was great that beach chairs on the beach were included. The condo was very comfortable and clean and better in person than the photos! Great security for entrance and condo lobby! The bay pool and hot tub were nice with a nice view! Great family vacation!

Our parking lots were patrolled and the security staff was very visible. Condos were as advertised we were in 43 of the tower. Stay next year!

The entire condo faces the beach and has windows that run the length of the unit. You feel as though you are never off the beach. The Palm Bay Club has beautiful grounds and access to the both the Gulf and Bay sides. We had a great stay and will be back.

Our routine each day: go for a walk/run, eat breakfast, walk out the chairs and umbrellas already set-up for us, take a cooler of drinks, snacks, sandwiches, come inside around 4:00-4:30, rest/nap until about 6:30 then drive to the village for dinner. Unit is clean and in good condition.

Reviewer Comments: The unit had an amazing view and we should be Eric immediately located for the beach. The problem is the dishwasher did not work until the last day we were there and one of the two elevators were broken. This resulted in very long delays and I was glad I was only on the fourth floor. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

We arrived and it was very clean and the view was amazing! Had a little problem with the refrigerator and Ron promptly came to look at it. It finally charged up and was at temp. The Beach was always a great time! Marcelo helped me everyday to get our chairs where we wanted. People were nice and respectful...throughly enjoyed our time! Hopefully, will be back soon!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was very nice - no issues. Having stayed at the Palm Bay many times in the past, this experience was not entirely pleasant. Only one elevator in the Tower was working, which caused long waits going up and down. Also, the Tower was seemingly overrun with unruly/unsupervised youth - several of whom thought it funny to expose themselves as the elevator doors opened in the lobby. We were told the rowdy behavior was the result of parents checking in for the youth and then leaving them unsupervised (combined with a three night minimum rental policy). We’re definitely considering other options.

Beautiful condo in tower!

Gorgeous condo overlooking the amazing sandy white beaches of Siesta Key. Palm Bay was great! Swimming pools, hot tub, great parking, and workout facilities! Perfect for my family of six! Will return!

Great beach, horrible crowds and rude and intrusive squatters

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo, the water, the weather and the beach were fabulous. We rented three umbrellas but we had to dislodge squatters at least once a day and usually, multiple times. People also sat in the space almost under our umbrellas if they weren’t directly under our expensive umbrella rentals. Loud boom boxes frequently destroyed the calm ambiance that should have prevailed. We called Palm Bay to complain and request intervention, but no one came. People were often rude. We will likely not return because of the crowds which apparently included a lot of non-members. How sad!

Hi Elaine, thank you for the review. Since this review was written, our security team has been amped up and has been doubled to secure the enjoyment of our guests. We have implemented an armband system as well that states that if you are not wearing one, you are not aloud on property. We hope your next trip with us will be a better one. Thank you!
