We welcome you to stay in our charming three-bedroom bungalow in the heart of the Cotswolds, perfectly located in the beautiful village of Bourton-on-the-Water. Tucked away in a peaceful residential area, our spacious and comfortable home is the ideal base for families, couples, or friends looking to relax and explore one of England’s most picturesque regions!

Inside, you’ll find a bright and welcoming living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, there is also a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen.

Downstairs we also have a lovely conservatory that’s perfect for morning coffee listening to the birds or unwinding after a day of sightseeing, playing with our selection of board games. You might even spot a hedgehog or two at night!

We also have three comfortable bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en-suite shower, as well as a modern family bathroom. The single-level layout also makes the home practical and comfortable for guests of all ages.

The house is just a short stroll from the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water, often called the “Venice of the Cotswolds” thanks to its charming low bridges and the peaceful River Windrush running through the village.

Nearby we have independent cafés, traditional pubs, tea rooms, boutique shops, and popular attractions including Birdland Park & Gardens, The Model Village, and the Cotswold Motoring Museum. You can also enjoy beautiful countryside walks begin almost from the doorstep, and nearby villages such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Lower Slaughter, Bibury, and Broadway make wonderful day trips.
