A king-size sofa bed is available in the property, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests.
The well-equipped, modern kitchen provides everything that guests need for quick snacks and home-cooked meals during their stay, whether it's for a short term break or a longer getaway. The dining area provides a space where guests can gather to enjoy delicious meals together and create memories during their stay. There is a bathroom at the property that guests can use to refresh themselves throughout their stay. Fitted with a shower, toilet and hand basin, guests will find everything they need to feel relaxed.
Outside, guests will find a generous garden space with a BBQ and comfortable seating area for guests to use when enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. There is also an outdoor dining area that guests can use if they are wanting to dine al-fresco. There is a shared garden, the top section of the garden is for the use of Winds Croft. There is also a stone padlocked outhouse for bike storage at the end of the garden.

Access to the cottage is via a shared path alongside the Hill Memorial Hall on Malton Gate. The access is through 2 gates and is the second door after the second gate.
There is On Street parking nearby with limited and unlimited areas. There is also a Public Car Park across the road, near the Lake which is Pay-and-Display but not overnight.
