Beautiful location and base for exploring the north York moors.
Excellent location in a picturesque village. We walked up the river to Appleton le Moors. We visited Helmsley. Whitby and Sandsend. The cottage was clean and comfortable with a good range of cooking equipment.

I would definitely recommend the cottage.
I would definitely recommend the cottage. It was in a perfect location and really well kitted out. My only constructive criticism would be the cleanliness.
