Please note: Due to its elevated position, the walk back from Dartmouth town centre includes an uphill return, rewarding you with a peaceful location away from the bustle while remaining within easy walking distance of everything the town has to offer.
Access Road: Crowthers Hill is quite steep and as such isn't suited for those with limited mobility and pulling up outside the property is often difficult.
Pets: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Mobility: Given the property is on a steep hill we would advise it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Parking: No allocated parking but there is on-street parking available close by subject to availability but not guaranteed.
