Enjoy a family fun day out at Windmill Animal Farm, 6.5 miles away, or spot the endangered red squirrel at Formby’s Red Squirrel Reserve, 22 miles away. Located in one of the northernmost parts of Sefton's beautiful 22-mile coastline, enjoy a traditional bucket and spade day at Southport Beach, 14.5 miles away. A short drive/walk away is a gallery, 0.7 miles away, offering craft shops, food hall, café and a small animal farm. Another lovely stop less than a mile away is a tea room with café, farm shop, wine merchant, local stalls and butchers.
