This splendid holiday home benefits from an enviable location in the heart of popular Seahouses with a spacious garden and off-road parking as a bonus. Walk to the beach, panoramic golf course, shops, pubs, and restaurants. Take a boat trip from the harbour to the Farne Islands to see the wonderful wildlife, including a parade of puffins from April to late July and the coast enjoys regular visits from seals and dolphins. Try a range of water sports in nearby beautiful Beadnell Bay. Walk or cycle to Bamburgh for its magnificent castle, huge beach, and pretty village, and cross the causeway onto Holy Island and taste the famous, Lindisfarne mead.
Access the holiday home through the front door into a porch and the hallway where there are hooks for your coats and space for your boots and shoes. Head into the welcoming lounge where you will find a cosy, open fire set in the original feature fireplace and wonderfully comfortable seating where you can settle back after a day exploring the area to watch your favourite shows on Smart TV. From the hallway, head through to the light and spacious, open-plan kitchen/diner/second lounge. The lounge area has more comfortable seating where you can unwind with your coffee and a book or watch a little TV. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for anyone preparing a tasty meal and a useful kitchen island adds to the food preparation space. The large dining table will comfortably seat six guests so you can enjoy a leisurely meal together indoors in the cooler months with electric blinds at the windows for cosy evenings, whilst the wall-to-wall bi-folding doors open out to the large garden for indoor/outdoor living on warmer days. There is a downstairs WC off the hallway. Heading upstairs, the inviting main bedroom has a king-size bed with views of the garden towards the sea and Bamburgh Castle, a Smart TV, and open hanging space for your clothing. The en-suite shower room has a rainfall shower and WC. There is also an attractive double bedroom and a spacious twin bedroom at the front of the house, each with plenty of storage space and a Smart TV. Completing the first floor is the family bathroom featuring a bath with a shower over the bath and WC.
Outside to the rear, there is a raised patio area with garden furniture where you can sit with your morning tea. Shallow stone steps lead down to the enclosed, lawned garden and a further patio area with more garden furniture.
