About this property

Large house with stunning sea views close to beach. Large enclosed Garden.

Bright and airy country cottage with a beautiful 2 storey extension. This property has sea views that have to be seen to be believed. Photos do not do this justice. Elevated above St Cyrus Beach this property looks out to the North Sea taking in the Lighthouse, harbour entrance, River Esk and stunning views across the adjacent farmland.
All of this and only 5 minutes drive to all the local amenities in Montrose.
This property has a large secluded garden, parking for 8 vehicles & very private.

The space
Very central for trips to Aberdeen (25 minutes) or Dundee (30 minutes).

Other things to note
We have 8 Security Cameras outside the property. These cameras are unmonitored & do not record sound. They are only checked if there has been a serious incident. We had a Heating Oil theft which is why we installed the cameras. They all point out to the garden & vehicles not inside the house.”

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If possible can you please put all the bedding/towels in the Utility Room on your day of check out.
The Blue bin is papers & Cardboard. The Orange Bin is for all other recyclables Black Bin is general waste
NO GLASS IN ANY OF THE MAIN BINS PLEASE A round Black Bin at the Oil Tank for all glass please. Small Green Food Waste Bin
