This 3 bedroom house is the heart of Hampton Beach. This house has two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have new queen size beds and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds to easily sleep 6 people. The house is furnished with everything you need for a great vacation. You'll have a comfortable eating nook, a spacious kitchen that is fully stocked with dishware and cookware and a comfy living area. We do not provide sheets or towels so you will need to bring your own linens. Pillows and comforters are there for your use. The house has free wifi and a smart TV. There is a front porch to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. This updated vacation home could not sit in a better location. You are just 100 yards from Ocean Blvd and the sands of Hampton Beach. You are steps from the best restaurants and entertainment in Hampton Beach. You can park your car and walk the rest of your stay. Speaking of parking ... this house comes with two off site parking sports. The spots are located on J Street, just two blocks away. Plan on dropping off your bags upon check-in and dropping off your car while you enjoy a short walk back to the house. You can't beat this location. The house sits quietly in the back of our property that has two houses in front. It is very private in the back where this house is located. There is also a shared gas grill and charcoal grill for your use. If you are interested in hosting a larger group, please check out the other houses located on this property on this website. Full disclosure ... This house sits on the back of a property with two other houses in front. There is a driveway in front but those spaces are allocated for the renters of the front houses. Parking for this house is a slight inconvenience but your car will be securely parked and the cost included in the rental. It’s way better than having to find your own parking plus we have discounted the house because of the off site parking. Please be aware of this parking situation. We also do not have housekeeping services. We expect our renters to respect our house and leave it as they found it. This is not a hotel. When you leave, we expect our renters to sweep the floors and vacuum out the sand. Please leave the refrigerator empty and clean and wipe down the countertops and bathrooms. If you are looking for 5 star service, please look elsewhere. This is a nice, clean, updated cottage that we enjoy in the summer and rent out to other families to enjoy as well. If you are looking for a great location and a good deal and are respectful people who will care for our house, we would love to have you stay and enjoy Hampton Beach.

All cancellations will include a $30 processing fee.

Did not even stay walked in called host and left dirty pee and toilet paper in toilet, broken blinds. No parking not near water and the smell was horrible. Tryed to talk and they blocked me and will not talk or refund we did not stay and had to get another place.

This property needs some major work. We had to do a deep clean when we arrived. The walls need to be repaired and painted. Only 1 burner on the stove top works. The TV does not work. No grille on the property. The furniture is very beat up. We actually left a day early because we just did not want to be there anymore. The only good thing about this property is the location. We made the best of it but we will NEVER rent this place again. We have plenty of pictures to share. So disappointed. We've rented through Vrbo in the past and have always been very happy. Not this time.

If you’re looking for convenience to the beach and the boardwalk this rental is centrally located. There is no cleaning fee or cleaning service between stays therefore, cleanliness is definitely lacking. Walls are dirty and could use a paint job. You will need to provide your own linens, towels and blankets. Mattresses were covered but sandy from previous tenants. A comforter was provided on each bed but definitely not cleaned between stays. The rental had basic amenities and dinnerware, and average sized fridge and freezer. The gas stove is old dirty and did not light. Overall, if you are looking for a cheap place to stay, close to the beach and do not plan to stay in the house long, this place provides basic needs, but nothing more.

This property has an amazing location. The location is the best part of this property. As noted by the owner this is not a pristine property. It needs a coat of paint and a through cleaning as they do not have a cleaning company. We used this as a place to stay which it worked well for. We were not comfortable preparing food at the home. Would be a great place for a large family.

Great place to crash close to beach

Loved the proximity to the beach. All was smooth and as described. Owners were responsive to questions and messages. Not fancy, but if you’re looking for a low frills place to stay close to the beach and shops, this fit the bill.

,We all had a great time place is really cute , it could use a little painting here and there and a better couch , the TV kept freezing up . But was a really great stay for us all .
