This unit is a reserved prime spring break ski week March 1st to 8th, 2025 (Saturday to Saturday) at Grand Lodge on Peak 7. This rental is for the 1 Bedroom Suite residence which is about 400 square feet of space and features 1 king bed in a private bedroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and a full bathroom. There are 2 HD TVs in the unit, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Other amenities include a well-appointed kitchenette which includes a coffee pot, microwave, toaster, mini-refrigerator, mini-dishwasher, and a two-burner stovetop. Elegant and refined, suites are the perfect size for a couple or a small family.

The unit comes with one garage parking spot and access to a separate ski locker room so you can grab your skis, step outside and ski right to the lift! And you can ski right back home at the end of the day!

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is one of the newest, nicest, luxury ski-in and ski-out properties in Breckenridge. It offers sophisticated luxury and more amenities than any other resort in Breckenridge. Located on the base of Peak 7, and just steps away from the Independence Chairlift, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers easy access to a variety of terrain, anything from beginner, immediate to advanced. Great mountain location

Best location on the mountain. Suite was full service- had everything I needed for the week. Spring skiing was great. Finally saw a moose! Of note- do not stay slope side overlooking the pool during spring break. The college kids and small children will keep you awake. Due to high occupancy, the hotel was unwilling to move me until the 6th night of my 7 night stay.
