We’re glad to hear that the beds were comfortable, the condo was quiet, and that our team responded quickly when you experienced difficulty accessing the property. We are especially sorry for the concern caused by the broken slider lock. While a replacement had already been ordered, we should have communicated that with you before your arrival and provided a better temporary solution. We completely understand why security would be particularly important to three women staying together, and we apologize that this left you feeling uncomfortable. We also appreciate your comments regarding the sliders, kitchen cupboards, furnishings, and overall condition of the condo. We’ll be reviewing these items with the homeowner and our housekeeping and maintenance teams, as feedback from longtime Pajaro Dunes guests is especially helpful in identifying where improvements are needed. The owner does provide beach towels with this property, so we apologize that they were not available or easily located during your stay. Beach chairs are not a standard amenity, but we appreciate your feedback regarding those as well. Thank you again for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback.
