Our townhouse is in the heart of Barrier Dunes on the north end of Cape San Blas, adjacent to the state park entrance. With two large decks facing Barrier Dunes' two lighted tennis courts and one of the two community pools, this townhouse is also just around the corner from the clubhouse, clubhouse pool, and beach access boardwalk. Barrier Dunes has three stocked fishing ponds, and boardwalks and paved roads that are perfect for biking, walking and exploring the nature around you!

Cape San Blas is one of the top-ranked beaches in the United States. Walk the white sandy beach and search for shells, or watch the dolphins and pelicans just offshore. In the mood for fresh seafood? You can fish from the beach or go crab-dipping in the warm Gulf waters.

This modern, spacious townhouse includes two bedrooms on the top level, each with a full bath, and the 1st living level has a fully-stocked kitchen, a large dining table and a separate breakfast bar, a half bath and a super comfortable living room leading right out to the large deck. Very nice unit

The unit was very clean and spacious for 3 people. It was so nice to have 2.5 baths. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked properly. We cooked all our meals, purchasing our seafood locally. We used only the TV in the spacious living room and it worked perfectly. We never turned the bedroom TVs on. The grill and appliances worked well. We would definitely stay in this CSB unit again.

We added a few days at the Cape to our vacation. The condo was very nice, wish we would have stayed the entire time there.

Great but dryer is wonky!

Use the dryer when you are not in the condo! Makes a high pitched squeal. Dried clothes just fine though. This condo was very close to the beach and pools. Loved the location.

Needs some improvements

Property and inside of home very clean but owner needs to update outdoor furniture. Chairs all broken,grill completely rusted and could not use, dryer screeching loud while in use..!!

Barrier Dunes

Barrier Dunes was perfect for us. Myself, my husband & 11yr old son really enjoyed our stay here. The reviews were very accurate. The location of our unit was just a really short walk to the boardwalk that leads down to the beach & then another short walk ( like 5 minutes to either pool) . It was clean & I think my favorite thing was the fact it was gated community/neighborhood with kids & adults able to ride their bikes around & able to leave beach stuff sitting out over night. It felt & was very safe atmosphere
