What an amazing and family bonding stay!! Absolutely perfect and great communication from host! The jacuzzi's were clean, hot, and ready for us. There was fresh firewood for us and the cabin had everything we needed. I look forward to returning in the future :)

Nice property for a quiet secluded getaway. Very little restaurants near by, but it was only 15 to 30 minutes to find some places to eat. Relaxing at night in the pool was wonderful!

We absolutely loved this house! This was the first time I’ve stayed somewhere where the pictures truly didn’t do it justice — the views were incredible, and the house was spotless. I really appreciated the thoughtful extra touches like the games, s’mores supplies, and suggestions for things to do in the nearby towns. We hiked at Cloudland Canyon, which was awesome, as well as James H. Floyd State Park and John’s Mountain. We also did a little fishing and enjoyed some great local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible time and the home was so clean and absolutely beautiful! We very quickly decided that we will absolutely be booking again and coming back! The only criticism we had was the queen beds were a bit small for us and very low to the ground. My husband is a big and tall man so they weren’t very conducive to him. They were very comfortable though!

Beautiful modern cabin, beautiful views, love the amenities, everything was clean. I would 100% recommend & go back! There isn’t alot of close dinner/ lunch places though, we had to drive 40 minutes to find an upper scale restaurant. that was the only downside.

Hello! We are Angie and Andrew. While we call the coastal breeze of Hampshire, England home, our hearts have belonged to the rolling hills of Northwest Georgia for over two decades.

Why they chose this property

Our journey began in 2002 during a life-changing family vacation with our three sons, Charlie, George, and Elliott. We didn't just leave with souvenirs; we left with a vision. Shortly after that trip, we purchased a slice of Georgia sky and built our first home, Peavine.

By 2011, we opened Peavine to guests, and the joy of sharing this landscape led us to add Pinhoti and Pamoon in 2020. Though we are across the pond, our homes are meticulously cared for by dear local friends who have become like family. Our sons are grown now, but they still return with friends in tow, forever debating which of the three homes is their favorite—a perfect excuse for one more visit!
