Perfect stay at the beach!

Beautiful and very clean property with stunning views of the ocean with all the conveniences and comforts of home. Within steps from the beach and in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Patio is perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely gorgeous view. The condo was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Well-equipped. Easy drive to shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach. The whole area of Palmetto Dunes is beautifully-maintained. Really, really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing condo. Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious. Very quiet as well. Beach access was easy, parking convenient, and close to any place we needed to get to. Parking pass was $35 for the length of our stay.

Absolutely amazing, is the best description I can give. Everything about this place is wonderful. The view is very nice, beds and couch are extremely comfortable, kitchen is stocked with all you would need, every room was exceptionally clean and the outdoor amenities were very relaxing. Beautiful View and a Lovely Unit

This property is charming. It was well decorated, immaculately clean and fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Starting each day by waking to the beach view and having coffee on the balcony was wonderful. We had many walks on the beach and were able to to take advantage of the many restaurants and shopping nearby. Highly recommend!

Fantastic trip! The condo was well-appointed, beautifully decorated, and very clean! Plenty of towels and starter items, and the beds were very comfortable! We had temps in the high 90s and the AC was able to keep us cool. The owner was also very helpful and quick to respond when we needed something the day of check in. Our family of three just wish we could have stayed longer! One tip that applies to Villamare and not this specific condo is that luggage carts are hard to come by if you arrive/depart at common times (4pm/10am) - perhaps try to check in and out at “off times” to avoid elevator waits and lack of carts. Or pack light and use the stairs ;)

Wonderful getaway!

I needed some time to regroup, reenergize and reboot and this was exactly the place to do all. To wake up each morning and have a cup of coffee and look out on the ocean and then to walk it seemed like forever on the beach was exhilarating yet calming! Visited some local restaurants and cooked fresh seafood for dinner. Highly recommend this unit for peace, quiet but a wonderful getaway! It is exactly as described and pictures are true. I look forward to returning!

HHI again!

The ocean view was spectacular! Although, don’t expect to see a sunrise from this condo, that’s for the beach anyway tho, right? The condo was quite comfy and suited our needs perfectly. We’ve stayed in a number of condos at Villamare and while they have all been nice, this one topped all the others. If it’s available for your dates, don’t sleep on it! Book it!

We found the unit to be just as advertised. It was clean, spacious, well-appointed and equipped, and the beach and ocean views from the balconies, especially the balcony off the main room, were beautiful. The owners were responsive to every request. The location is very convenient to the general store, restaurants, golf courses, adjacent resorts, and nearby attractions like the Shelter Cove shopping and restaurant areas. We were able to get by a week without a car, and we’re not youngsters. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Lovely Villamare

One of the nicest units I have rented in more than 25 visits to beautiful Villamare. Terrific views from the balconies and the living room. The unit is completely updated, beautifully decorated and has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach…..Comfortable beds, great showers, nice big soaking tub for that one rainy night, fully equipped kitchen, and a great icemaker in the freezer. This unit is very quiet. Smart TVs in both bedrooms LR, and of course, all the amenities of Villamare, Palmetto Dunes, and that beautiful beach. We’ll be back.

Wonderful Condo!

Our family of 5 had a great week at the Norwoods' condo. Beautiful views, and the high-end Adirondack patio furniture sets the condo apart from many other condos in Villamare. This particular condo is in one of the best locations within Villamare -- close to the beach and pool, but on the quieter and more private (non-pool) side of the complex. Everything was clean and in perfect working condition. John and Kim were very easy to work with leading up to the trip, and we had no reason to contact them during our stay!

The condo was lovely

The condo was very nice, clean and well maintained. Wonderful views of the ocean. I did have a problem with the interned but hopefully the owners will get this issue resolved. Other than that I would have given it 5 stars.

Beautiful condo with great location!

The beds were so comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the view was beautiful! My only caution is to empathize that even if you are visiting for a couple hours they will tow you without a villamare pass. We rented the condo for our adult children and we stayed at the condo that we own in Palmetto dunes, came over for dinner and our car was towed . $230 later we got it back . Just a word of caution for anyone visiting you.

Beautiful Condo with Ocean View

This condo is amazing. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and nice appliances. Both bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage, well appointed bathrooms and each has a balcony with incredible ocean front views. The condo is also very clean.The complex offers pretty landscaping, multiple pools with plenty of loungers, a boardwalk to the beach, barbecues, etc. To top it off, the owners Kimberly and John were great! We received all important info weeks before our stay. I had one question that was promptly answered. The owners included many thoughtful touches such as starter items, beach towels, quality furniture on the balconies, cookware and utensils in the kitchen. My family would love to stay at this condo again and continue to create wonderful memories. Many thanks to Kimberly and John for the fantastic stay.

Fantastic stay!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing villa for a week. The property was clean and decorated beautifully. The beach theme runs throughout to match the wonderful views. This property was everything as pictured and more. The kitchen had everything you needed to make some memorable meals. The Keurig coffee maker was a necessity for that first cup of coffee on the balcony. We made good use of the easy access to the pool and beach daily. In the evening, our girls enjoyed streaming a show on the TV and/or playing with the board games. They also liked having plenty of spots to plug in their devices. The bathrooms were spa-like and the water pressure was perfect. We throughly enjoyed our stay and were truly able to relax here. It was hard to stay good bye to those views. We can’t wait to return! Don’t hesitate to book a stay here.
