Only 2 blocks away from University of Arizona Football Stadium and Basketball Mckale center. Super close to University boulevard, which has shopping stores, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.
Tucson Share bikes are available in the area (about 6 blocks away) as well as many bike shops.
Bungalow is 5 min away in car from Historic 4th avenue and 6 min away from downtown.

An easy walk to campus and downtown! Tucson is great city, so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house. It was a great home base.

This no frills place was suitable and certainly spacious enough for two. Comfortable bed, ample kitchen, and durable rustic furniture. Nice to be so close to campus to not require a car. 5-10 min walk to McKale Center and dorms. We’d stay here again.

Cute, comfy stylish house

I loved staying in this adorable one-bedroom. The house is styled in a simple but cute way and the house has good bones. Love the hardwood floors and the tile in the bathroom and kitchen. This is a very spacious one-bedroom and I was very comfortable here. The owner is very responsive to any needs of the guests.
