SUNSET POINTE **Beautiful 6br 4ba Lakefront House with Gorgeous Sunsets**

This lake front home is located in a low traffic, open cove, just off the main lake. Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating or just relaxing in the perfect location. Being renters in the past, we have tried to provide all the amenities we always looked for. In this house, the living room furniture is brand new and features 3 reclining leather loveseats (6 seats in total). There are 2 full sized refrigerators and also 250lb Ice machine to keep your coolers and drinks nice and cold. There is only 6 steps and a very gentle slope to the oversized boathouse/sundeck. The new boat house features a second story sundeck, all composite decking, a bar area as well as a small refrigerator/freezer and many more upgrades. There are lots of water toys that both children and adults can enjoy. We have extra lifejackets and towables for those who bring their own boat. Our boats remain on the lifts, however, we will have 10 bumpers to tie your boats on both sides of the deck. Every bedroom and both living areas are lake front and have sliding glass doors to the lake. This house also has free high speed internet/Wi-Fi and a satellite televisions in both living areas.

Open floor plan with kitchen, living area, and dining area with seating for up to 20 (10 person dining table and 4 stools at the bar, seats and tables for 6 under covered porch outside) All cooking and eating necessities as well, including 2 coffee makers, 12 cup coffee machine and Keurig Coffee Machine.

All bedrooms and living area lead to large deck with grill and additional sitting and dining area.

Parking: TONS!! There is room for 8 cars to easily get in and out of the driveway without blocking anyone in. However, there is a long driveway that can hold many more vehicles if needed.
