About this property
Brand New Playacar Condo with Private Rooftop Patio!
This Condo was just completed and is brand new and fully equipped. It boasts an incredible private rooftop patio that is completely furnished and well lit for evening gatherings! There are several modern American-style grocery stores in the area (including Sam's Club, Wal Mart, Mega Super Grocery store and Sariano's for all of your grocery requirements. There are also many fabulous restaurants all within a short nice walking distance.
We have full access to the resort directly across the street from Paseo Del Sol (called The Reef Club). We are free to use their pools and all of their facilities without charge (including their beach chairs!). You would also be able to enjoy the great food of The Reef Club if you would like to purchase their all inclusive pass (daily or weekly). Enquire for more details. This Condo will continue to provide you with everything that you could possibly want for a perfect holiday in the Sun!
