wonderful clean and tidy property in quiet location very private yet close enough to amenities, about 6 mins to supermarket thanks to the host for fresh milk water bread teabags etc on arrival would defiantly return

Lovely 'home from home' villa with everything we needed. Outdoor area is outstanding! Pool is kept clean and is very enticing in the warm sunshine, there are 6 good quality sunbeds with cushions provided, plenty of patio area to move beds around and it gets the sun all day. We had a very relaxing time and hope to return very soon, thank you.

Beautiful location. The garden en swimming pool with palmtree is really out stunning.The house is fine, could use an update here and there. But has everything to have a complete stay. It is also a perfect location to discover the environment.

Really appreciate the accommodation for us. It was perfect for our family. It was close to everything we needed. A 15 minute drive into town, a two minute drive to quaint restaurants, and a five minute drive to the store! Thank you again!

Fantastic property with a gorgeous pool and garden. Outdoor furniture was great. Location was superb with great restaurants within walking distance and the beach at Arenal and the walkway along the front was lovely. We had a fantastic week.

The property is amazing, lovely pool and garden. Pleasant area with local cafes an restaurants within walking distance and only 10 minutes from Xábia centre and marina The weather doesn’t hurt either!

Fantastic Place and Area

We had a great time staying at Casa Ramaje. The villa has everything that you need for a comfortable stay and the pool area is superb. The area around the villa is picturesque with lots of lovely viewpoints within a short walking distance and the nearby town of Javea has lots of great restaurants along with a great sandy beach. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the villa and area!

Excellent holiday villa

Excellent holiday villa, it is as per the photos, very welll looked after and well equipped. It is close to Jávea beach and has a number of good restaurants in walking distance. A small welcome pack was provided which is a lovely touch and there is a comprehensive welcome guide to the villa which is very useful. Overall would happily return and all the 5 star reviews are correct.

Charming villa in peaceful location

Had a lovely relaxing week. The villa is charming, warm and comfortable and set in lovely gardens. We also very much appreciated all the information and help from the owner beforehand and also the welcome pack she provided. A great place to stay.

Excellent villa

Villa is excellent in a really tranquil location but with cafe and restaurants within walking distance. Outside space was amazing and it was only a short drive to shops a Xàbia sea front and town. Highly recommend!

Great Pool Area

Absolute amazing Pool Area and Space outside. The terrace and the Garden are in great shape. New and modern bathrooms, the House is a great retreat for a vacation. We had a decent vacation.
