This property has a great location and an affordable price. It is conveniently located with views of the mountains and a golf course is nearby.

This is a 1000 sq. ft. 1-BEDROOM unit with a QUEEN BED UPSTAIRS & QUEEN MURPHY BED IN THE LIVING ROOM, so it sleeps 4. This unit has a flat screen TV and DVD in the living room to make it more cozy. DirectTV available. TV in bedroom also. A/C in upstairs bedroom. Wifi available, but Pagosa has outages.

The nearby Pagosa Rec Center has a pool, hot tub and gym. $18/person/day payable on site. You may also purchase a punch card. This facility also has racquetball and basketball courts. Contact the Rec Center at 970 731-2051. THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY!

ONE SMALL PET ALLOWED, LESS THAN 30lbs, $75 FEE.KEEP PET OFF FURNITURE PLEASE!! This property has one exterior security camera at the door. There are no cameras inside the unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was a great size and it was in a great location. There were plenty of sidewalks in the community for us to walk our dog and run. The condo was very comfortable and the complex was easy to find. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio. It was very clean and fully matched the online description. Would definitely stay here again. Our little dog had a great time too and we enjoyed being able to take him on this vacation.

Great Getaway

Everything was great. Internet and Direct TV did not work, but we did not mind. It was not far from anything you could need. Nice and roomy and perfect for the three of us.

Very well stocked kitchen!

Don’t usually do reviews but this one had the best stocked kitchen. I always bring my own kitchen stuff but ya’ll has it all for me to cook for my boys.

We LOVED this place!

We have stayed in several condos in the past and this was the very best! We loved everything about it. The view can’t be beat, although the deck chairs were a bit lacking. The location is so handy and the neighborhood quiet. My husband said he could live here! The owner was very accessible and easy to contact. Loved it and hated to leave!

Cute and Cozy

It is a nice little place to stay especially with a dog. The neighbors were also very friendly. The heater in the bedroom was loud and woke us up in the middle of the night so I would only have that on while not sleeping. The comforter was not in my standards clean and I am glad I brought a blanket of my own to use.

Pagosa Springs

The house was vey nice and cozy. The only issue that we have was that on the description of the rental, it said that a ho the b was available. To me that means that I have free access to a hot tub. This was inaccurate. We “could” use the hot tub at the recreation center, but it was 18 per person per day. Ither than that eveytging was great.

Family’s first trip to a Pagosa Springs

I’ve been to Pagosa many times in my 20s, and this would be my children’s first experience snowboarding and traveling to Colorado. We spent Christmas there and it was lovely. Our girls slept on the Murphy bed downstairs and were comfortable. We enjoyed the gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes at Wolf Creek. The humidifier upstairs in the bedroom was a lifesaver. After a few days the dry mountain air made my throat sore, but the humidifier brought a lot of relief. That was such a thoughtful touch. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Amazing Condo

Tonya has a beautiful place in Pagosa! Perfect for our family of 3. Great access to everything you need or would want to do. Even with a little plumbing issues in the complex, she communicated with us and we had no issues! Deb was a great help too! Hopefully we can come back.

Perfect location for an in town stay

Property is located in a central part of town making it accessible to everything. The view from the back deck or the sofa is WONDERFUL! Most comfortable bed we’ve experienced in a rental ever. Great spot! Super convenient! I recommend this place highly. Lodging was clean, comfortable, close to town, neighborhood was nice. Pics of property were on point, no surprises. I read other reviews, but this IS a one bedroom with a Murphy bed. If you are doing 4 adults, you need to be present to your situation? Don’t miss the hot air balloon take offs (summer only) at 8 am, just a short walk beyond the condo property. I researched, and this is a great stay!

When I’m in Arkansas I volunteer my accounting services to Have a Heart Pet Shelter. I’m a retired CPA. It’s always rewarding to me to get to help out when I can. I also now have 4 shelter dogs I’ve adopted.
