"Once Upon a Tide" & "Happily Ever Aft" are located just across the street from private Moody Beach. This two-building property enjoys ocean views, beautiful sunrises, and a quick walk to beach access. Take in great shops, restaurants, and nightlife with quick rides to downtown Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Uber and Lyft available.

The main cottage, built in 1950, is the original house on the property with 3 bedrooms that sleep 10 and 2 bathrooms. It has beach cottage charm with an updated kitchen and amenities, in addition to updated floors throughout.

Added in 2015, the guest house has 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and a kitchenette. Perfect for enjoying the beach with a crowd but having the added bonus of privacy.

Fabulous Time in Wells

This property is a perfect destination for a family. The layout is fantastic, the cottage in the back provides extra space with high-end finishes to make your week even more enjoyable. A quick walk to the beach was a plus, nice wide and queen Beach to enjoy with family and friends. The owners were very responsive with the couple of questions we had, responding within minutes of any inquiries we had. I would highly recommend this beautiful place in Wells!

Excellent location and neighborhood

We had a large group of family members stay for one week and the property was perfect! We had both the main house as well as the guest house, and that allowed for plenty of space and privacy for everyone. We were a two minute walk to the beach which made easy trips back to the house for food and naps. The homeowners were very helpful and responsive to any of our needs. We hope to return next summer for another week.
