A private washer and dryer are also provided.

Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. Lots of little touches and thoughtful amenities. Check-in was easy, host was responsive and friendly, no giant list of chores to do on check-out.
Our stay was wonderful!! Our host was a great communicator, easy to reach, and so helpful too - we had a small issue with getting in initially, but she had an easy solution and took care of everything promptly and effectively. Aside from that small hiccup, everything was absolutely perfect. My husband and I and our small dog had an absolutely fantastic stay - the place was clean and beautiful, with a great private patio area and lots of sunlight - and the jacuzzi soaker tub was THE BEST!! Would definitely love to stay here again in the future, and would 100% recommend it to others!
Everything was wonderful! The only thing I can think of is maybe use less bleach? Our place smelled like bleach for about 24 hours after the cleaning. Thank you again Ally.
A cozy spot in a nice walkable neighborhood to beach and many places to eat, sample wine or explore.Came into town for our student’s UCSB graduation and did not want to leave!Melanie provided clear instructions for check in and having a designated parking space was handy for sure.Thanks for hosting us!
This condo was very clean and comfortable with a high end kitchen! Champagne was a great touch! Location is tough to beat as we were able to walk to almost everythign we did and the provided parking spot was perfect. Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return to Santa Barbara.

The condo is an ideal property to stay. It’s location is in walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants…yet quaint and the patio offered an ideal spot to kick back after a day of fun!

Loved the location. We enjoyed walking and dining in the Funk Zone. Bed was comfortable. House was clean. Shower pressure was sad, but that’s not anyone’s fault. There was no AC and it was pretty hot in the apartment. It did cool down at night if we ran the fan and opened the windows. We also enjoyed the outdoor area.
Wonderful patio, and very nice rooms. Close to everything including the restaurants we had reserved. Would stay again.

We own multiple properties in Santa Barbara. All the studio, one bedroom and 2 bedroom units you see here are located on 201 Bath Street. My husband and I own and manage each of our properties. We have pride of ownership and when you call with questions regarding the properties or any concerns you speak directly to us. We own and manage the entire complex and all the units inside it. This pride of ownership shows and as a result our guests return over and over again providing us with a loyal customer base. Many of our guests have been coming for years and for long-term stays.
Why they chose this property
There are so many Santa Barbara properties available for rent. The number one difference between all of them are location, location, location. The closer to the beach and the closer to Santa Barbara the more expensive the real estate. We are 2 blocks to the beach and downtown, not on a commercial thorough fare, not next to the highway or railroad track and not a bus ride or car ride away from downtown. We combine our location with the best pricing and the best amenities. Finally, we are immaculately clean.
