Most beautiful condo at the Diplomat
Seven nights minimum. This is the most beautiful and renovated condo at the Diplomat Condominium in Cocoa Beach, FL. It is a ground floor unit in an oceanfront complex. It is a walking distance to a private beach that is gated and secured. It is the closest condo to the swimming pool, tennis courts, and shuffle board.
Featuring a brand new kitchen will all the essentials for cooking. Stylish living room with HDTV. Two bedrooms with two full size beds and a roll away bed. TV in the master bedroom. Brand new tile bathroom. Wahser/dryer inside the unit.
Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and toys are provided. HOA only allows ONE pet less than 25 pounds.
Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to the Disney parks which is about an hour drive. The condo is minutes from Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center. You can see the shuttle launches from our private beach. Walking distance to the grocerry store, shopping, local pharmacy, and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop (surfboard rental and lessons).
Minutes away from Banana River offering jet ski, boat rentals, kayaking, daily casino boat cruises, manatee and dolphin watches, golf course, and the Merritt Island Mall.

Great 2 bed condo
Great place to your family, swimming pool out the door, the beach 2 min walk away. The condo has a full kitchen and everything you need to fell like your at home, with washer and dryer in unit. Also they have everything you need to go to the beach. Never had an issue with anyone at the unit everyone was very polite.

We purchased this property in 2017. We love Cocoa Beach and come during spring break every year to visit family. We are world travelers but when we ask our kids their favorite place in the world, they always say Cocoa Beach. Hopefully we'll be able to retire and move to Cocoa Beach. The picture is from our air boating ride. We definitely recommend it.
