Blue Hues is a centrally located home on over one acre of gardens on the beach.We are located in the very private exclusive enclave of Old Hooper's Bay which is a 30 acre private community just west of Hooper's Bay.This center island property is shared with only 7 other seasonal homes and borders its own exclusive calm water Beach and Park reserve and is tucked away from the main road.Our private (no public access) entrance to Old Hooper's Bay makes our home and beach a very peaceful and most importantly a very private place. Our prime center Island location offers the benefit of easy access to Georgetown and many amenities, which include banking, shopping, restaurants and groceries. The guest house and main house come as one if desired and will never be rented separately to other groups.

Blue Hues is a well appointed Beachfront Home with optional Guest House along with its own Private Pool which offers a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. This beautiful home sits on over one acre of lush gardens surrounded by over 40 years of local hand crafted stonework and native terraced landscaping .Our home has over 180 degrees of stunning turquoise water views complete with a large outdoor patio and a expansive pool deck which offer great places to relax and unwind at the end of the day.
You can stroll the rarely occupied Beach and calm waters just steps away.

This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath main house has been superbly furnished and offers luxury island living at its best. Three of the bedrooms are in the main house with an additional rental option for the Guest House complete with a queen bedroom, living room, full bath, and kitchen. This is a perfect unit for Nannies, Grandparents or older Children.
*Main House and Guest House are provided with automatic whole house generator in the event of power outage which can be frequent.
Our wireless WIFI network along with Star link for our TV streaming service works great throughout the property including the Beach
*** NOTE: Main house sleeps 6 adults with a extra queen cabinet bed in bedroom two suitable for 2 small children for the 795.00 per night rate.
Our Guest House sleeps two adults only and if desired,additional charge is 190.00 per night plus 50.00 cleaning fee.
***GUEST HOUSE and MAIN HOUSE come as one and will NEVER be rented separately or to other groups

Picture Perfect Location - Blue Hues

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Hues. The property location was amazing and the house did not disappoint. There was a book on property that detailed everything we needed to know about this lovely home and helpful hints on local places to visit. The views were beyond amazing and although there were other houses in the neighborhood we had the beach to ourselves everyday. We traveled the island to view other beaches but in the end paradise was in our back yard. Definitely would recommend this beautiful home for your next vacation destination.

FABULOUS

Our family of seven had the best vacation ever!!! It's hard to put into words just how wonderful our stay was at Blue Hues. Every inch of the property is absolutely stunning, the grounds are meticulously maintained, the accommodations are the best VRBO that we've ever stayed at, and we've stayed at many over the years, the pool and beach are spectacular, and the million-dollar views from everywhere on the property are like nowhere else. AMAZING!!! It was such a special time that we all enjoyed to the fullest. The owners Rick & Jodi have gone the extra mile to ensure that every box has been checked, they have literally thought of everything that visitors might need or might enjoy. All the info, island tips, and recommendations they provided were extremely helpful. They are indeed Rock Stars!!!! It was hard for all of us to leave when our trip came to an end.

Paradise

What an awesome location! The beach and water are beautiful. We had fun relaxing at the beach, by the pool and on the upper deck. It is so easy to get around the island and great grocery stores are really close. We ate at several restaurants and I would highly recommend CocoPlum Bistro, Blu on the Water, Mike’s Pizza and Sonia’s (small hut in town). Overall a wonderful place to stay that is so clean and well stocked with all kinds of water toys! We can’t wait to go back!

The absolute best!

What can I possibly say that others haven’t said. Great house in every aspect. Clean, organized, well stocked, perfectly located, and absolutely beautiful. My family was amazed at everything. Thank you to Rick who is attentive and helpful in every way. We’ll be back!

Perfect spot

The property and location are amazing and exactly as described in the listing. Rick is a communicative and helpful host all throughout the process. The property has everything you would need from kayaks to fully stocked kitchen equipment all the way down to reusable shopping bags for the grocery. I can’t think there would be a better option for where to stay in Exuma.

Blue Hues offers one of the best locations on the Island and is close to everything the island has to offer.We are tucked away in a "very private" no public access secluded community off the main road away from traffic noise and neighbors.The home and guest cottage are on a slightly elevated hill that offers fantastic water views and ocean breezes.This beachfront home is only steps from the Beach and offers very calm waters ideal for children.We are close to Prime Island Meats, Smitty's Convenient Store and a short drive to Georgetown and only 15 minutes from the Airport.
*Both the Main House and Guest House are supplied with automatic back up generator in the event of any power outage and never any water supply disruptions.

What makes this property unique

A true gem that sit on over a acre of native gardens and stonework on a slight elevation for amazing views and a rarely occupied calm beach only steps from our pool.Very private and quiet except for the sounds of the ocean waves,soft Island breezes and our resident Peacocks :) A true PARADISE!
