By choosing to stay at Villa BB1 not only will you have a 3 Bedroom Beautiful Waterfront Villa in February Point Resort with access to all their amenities but you will have access to your own private boat at your own Pier. You can now come and go as you please on your own schedule!

Even if the weather is very windy the boat will allow you to find a beach somewhere that will not be affected. I can personally attest to that benefit by utilizing it in that capacity this August for a couple of days when the weather wasn't fully cooperative.

No more need for a Water-Taxi and having to wait on their schedule. Explore Stocking Island and the new Lumina Point Resort. Enjoy a meal at their restaurant and laze around the amazing water. An who can forget the infamous Chat-N-Chill. If you get tired of waiting on Bahamian service, aboard the boat you have a large cooler to enjoy ice-cold beverages on your schedule. The cooler on the boat is a fantastic option as Chat-N-Chill does not allow any coolers on their beach. It's like 3 or 4 drinks for the price of 1.

For a unique experience take the boat in to George Town and tie up at the pier. You can provision groceries right at Exuma Market the largest grocery store in Exuma or simply get a coffee from one of the quaint restaurants in town. This makes for a vacation that no one else can provide

The boat is a Boston Whaler 170 Super Sport. It comes with a Bimini Top for sun protection and a Chartplotter to make navigating Exuma that much easier. In addition there is a portable VHF as well as Wireless Bluetooth Speaker to make your time on the water unforgettable.

Villa BB1 is located in February Point Resort. This stunning waterfront property is situated in an exceptionally beautiful gated community. The Resort Estate spans 80 acres overlooking Elizabeth Harbour with its many coves, cays and secluded beaches. This friendly community features concierge-style service, marina, infinity edge pool, tennis courts, fitness-centre and Gourmet Bistro Restaurant & Bar. The brand new Beach Club has just been completed and offers an infinity pool as well as a beautiful brand new spa.

This newly renovated villa features its own boat dock and gazebo overlooking the marina, Elizabeth Harbour and Crab Cay.

The ground floor comprises the entrance hall, living, kitchen and dining areas, laundry, half-bath and owner’s closet and has natural stone tiling throughout. The first floor comprises two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and full balcony both with views of the water. The second floor loft comprises the Master Suite with lounge area and balcony.

As added amenities the villa has 3 Cable TV's! Recently added to the property are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards allowing guests to explore the beauty of the surrounding area!

Spacious and lovely!

We booked this villa because it included the boat, and having it was everything. Easy to handle and got us everywhere we wanted to go. Just a lovely addition that allowed us to truly explore. But the home itself exceeded expectations as well! Lots of room and built with nice materials. Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher were a must and it was wonderful to be close to the pool and restaurant. We couldn't believe the views and especially the fact that there were multiple sea turtles in the marina at almost all times. Chris and Jeneice were both fantastic. Highly recommend for a trip of a life time.

Amazing

This property was perfect for our family of 5. We had the most amazing spring break trip!!! The house was wonderful! The boat was the best part! We are boaters and really enjoyed being out on the water every day. The property manager is so sweet, just loved her!! We can't wait to come back again very soon!!!

Lived like a local!

Having the boat was definitely a game changer! Loved being able to boat around to all the best spots and the markets! House had some minor issues and water pressure was extremely bad during our stay with our villa and the neighboring villa… other than that we loved the trip!

Loved the stay! Had everything we needed and more! Lovely views of the water. The boat, kayaks and boards were a huge plus! Enjoyed the convenience of dinner at Rusty Anchor 1 night. Pool areas and beach so close and convenient. (Only disappointment- the hot tub was not working at the Feb Point pool area! ) Geniece at the house was very helpful!! Also loved Janice at the front entrance gate. Super sweet and friendly!! Saw large sea turtles and stingray around the dock and marina area!! Beautiful nature at its best!

Exceptional Property in Perfect Location

Our family stayed from Dec 30-Jan 6 at this beautiful home overlooking the water. The owner, Chris, and local property manager, Jeneice, are incredibly responsive and will do anything they can to make your stay perfect! The boat was such a great bonus to this property. We used it almost every day to visit Chat ‘n Chill, Stocking Island, & Starfish Beach. The location of February Point can’t be beat. Such a beautiful and secure resort. The only issue we had was the lack of water pressure, but I understand this is an issue in most places on Exuma. You will not be disappointed in this home.

My wife and I are two professionals who reside in Canada. My wife is a teacher and I am a finance manager. We were born and raised in Canada and love travelling abroad to warmer destinations. Upon finding the hidden gem that is George Town we knew we had found our eventual home.

Why they chose this property

From our travelling abroad to various jurisdictions we knew eventually we wanted to purchase something in a warmer climate. After visiting the Exumas we truly believe this to be the most beautiful place in the world. As for the property itself it has everything you could ever want in a luxury residence in an incredible gated community. Whatever vacation you desire can be made a reality in this incredible setting.

What makes this property unique

If you are coming to what my wife and I would consider the most beautiful place in the world why not live in the finest community with access to everything you could possibly want including a boat at your disposal. From relaxing on the beach to golfing, tennis or deep sea fishing. This resort has something for absolutely everybody. As for the Villa itself, what is better then being in a luxury unit directly on the ocean? Having access to a boat, kayaks, paddle boards , Satellite TV only serve enhance your ultimate vacation experience. This is our little slice of heaven.
