COOKING, DINING and OTHER AMENITIES:
Our home is complete with a washer and dryer; screened in deck; and an open floor plan including a fully stocked kitchen w/ island seating and dishwasher. The apartment/in-law suite downstairs has its own separate entrance, another fully stocked kitchen with island seating and a dishwasher. And, YES, the quoted rate includes the rental of the entire house -- both up and down -- with the beds made and ready for you to relax! It's like two homes for the price of one! Sleeps 10 including sofa bed upstairs. (Sofa bed sheets and comforter are provided in closet. This is not made in advance).

Grill masters can work their magic on the Weber gas grill.

There is an outside shower with HOT and COLD water!

Beach chairs and toys are provided.

POOLS and OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Within our gated community, there are two outdoor pools and a water splash park (seasonal) and a year-round indoor pool (currently under renovation until approximately September 2025). All are sure to be a memory-makers! A 16-person whirlpool is also at the Hickory Grove pool.

An activities center, tennis courts, pickleball, a basketball court, baseball field, playground, volley ball court, stocked fishing ponds, horseshoe pits and bocce ball are also available onsite.

You can enjoy the onsite fitness center for an additional, minimal fee per week by signing up at the office onsite.

Golf for an additional fee at the spectacular Tupelo Bay course is just 3 minute ride or 15 minute walk away...across the street from the main gate. Check out their Glow Golf or Foot Golf when available!

LOCATION:
Looking for that perfect beach house and/or golf getaway home in a private, gated resort? This is it...only a few miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport, steps from the beach, minutes from golf courses, and just down the street from Murrells Inlet & Pawleys Island to the south and Myrtle Beach to the north!

PEAK & NON-PEAK SEASONS:
Quoted rates are for renting the whole house (upstairs and downstairs) during peak season which is a 7-night minimum with Saturday as the only check-in and out day. However, in non-peak season we have more flexibility for shorter stays and check-in and check-out on any day of the week. Also, the lower-level and upper-level may rent separately during the slow season; providing you understand other guests may be renting the other portion of the house. Common areas may be the golf cart and the outdoor BBQ grill. (The upstairs and downstairs are completely separate and both have only private entrances.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The complimentary GOLF CART is a bonus amenity for travel in Oceanside Village ONLY and for beachfront parking in the FREE Oceanside Village private parking area ONLY. It would be approximately $350 if you had to rent one. (Drivers MUST be licensed and age 18 or older and the privilege of using the golf cart may be revoked if instructions in the rental agreement are not followed.)

Guests must sign and return owner's rental agreement and vehicle info form and participate in a scheduled pre-stay phone call after booking this property.

FULL DISCLOSURE ON VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: for the protection of our home, we have three Blink video cameras OUTSIDE. One focused on the steps leading upstairs; one focused on the downstairs front and back door; and one focused on the side yard on the left side of our home (added April 14, 2021).
