Located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, in a prime Laguna Niguel location. The house is equipped with a large backyard, heated pool and spa and fully furnished kitchen.

Enjoyable Stay

The house is located in a very clean and safe neighborhood. The swimming pool, yard, and house were very clean. Weekly trash, recycle, and compost pick-up. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to stores and restaurants.
