Why they chose this property

We built this home because of the great location. Our last two homes were each 2 blocks away. Dianne has lived in Mt. Pleasant for 52 years and absolutely loves living here. We are close to downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, Town Center, and rarely have to fight traffic because of our great location.

What makes this property unique

Everything is brand new! We have a sauna, a free standing tub, a gas stove, beautiful oak hardwood floors throughout, beautiful granite counter tops, We love being surrounded by the bamboo along the fence and enjoy watching birds, butterflies, and even spotting a family of deer.
