The ground floor comprises master bedroom with en suite bathroom, kitchen and living room. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and music system. The kitchen is equipped with all equipment. The lower terrace is featured with seating and sun loungers and looks directly out on the golf course;
The upper floor comprises the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and front and rear terrace.
Community pool (heated from Oct-Apr), tennis and paddle court are located at the rear of the house. Magnificent views of the valley and La Concha mountain and Marbella is approximately 8 km away; beach 3.5 km away.

Didn't use pool, so really can't rate it but it looked good. everything was good except we forgot our TV fire stick, so the TV was not good, no English programmes and all apps were in Dutch or Spanish. We would stay again. There are a number of stray cats scrounging for food but the owner warned us of them.

Fantastic location

Beautiful property in a friendly gated residence. Close to lots of wonderful places to visit. Apartment wasn’t cleaned or ready on arrival and we arrived after the check in time, but we stored our luggage and went out for lunch locally so no harm done. Overall we had a wonderful holiday.

A pleasant town house in a nice area. My wife and I along with our 16 year old Daughter enjoyed our stay at the town house. With nice views and a modern interior it suited our needs for the duration of our holiday. Perfect stay

Our visit and stay at this mansion was very good. The mansion is a warm place and feels very comfortable. The location is close to supermercado's and innercity and for us Gyms. The bathrooms were good and the airco really important were nice. The space is big and the further the mansion had everything you need to enjoy a perfect stay. I recommend this appartment and will certainly visit it a next time.

Good location but dirty

We arrived Tuesday evening however the apartment was not cleaned following the previous guests departure. The bed linen and towels had not been washed, the kitchen and bathrooms had not been cleaned and the surfaces were dirty. When the cleaner did arrive after 48 hours she only cleaned one bedroom and one bathroom, nothing else.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances, the stay has not been communicated properly, so that the cleaning has been postponed. We do understand that the tenants indicated that little cleaning was necessary and that this was done in such a way as not to bother the tenants too much. Of course this is not our way of renting out and this cannot happen again.
