What a great place to stay. The house was perfect. My family loves the delta for all the water activities but adding the pool and hot tub was a great benefit. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Horrible!

The house is not and has not been maintained properly and was a mess when we got there. Shower head in guest bedroom was broken so we couldn't use it, ice make not working, Contact lenses found in one of the beds that had wrinkled sheets leading us to believe it was not properly turned by the maids, the cabinet door in the master was falling off and non useable, the side yard had debris all over and the pool was low on water and looked like it had not been properly serviced in years. Pots and pans have not been replaced in years and almost non useable, lack of standard kitchen supplies so cooking was almost impossible and the kicker is it's 20 minutes in zero wake zone to fast water. Ive stayed in multiple homes in Discovery Bay over the last 20 years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. PICK A DIFFERENT HOUSE!

Hi Jeff, Thank you so much for the dishonest review. I’ve maintained this booking for over 3 years and have never had such a dishonest house guest. The listing gets checked prior to and after every single booking so that any damages or issues can be taken care of prior to a new guests stay. When you initially got to the property, there were no complaints or concerns brought up from you or your guests - in fact, you texted me to let me know how much you enjoyed your stay. On the other hand, after you and your group moved out, I had to deal with over $3000 dollars in damages, so perhaps this review is in retaliation to not getting your $200 security deposit back? You vandalized my property and I hope no other host has to deal with your lack of respect for others property.

Simply Beautiful

Thank you to the host! We were so happy to wake up everyday to see the mountains and lake! Luxurious rooms and spacious living quarters. The home is conveniently located in an area where traveling to another location is easy. The owners responded with urgency and made our stay peaceful. We had a wonderful time at this Delta house. Having access to a pool & our boat at the dock was awesome!! The lighting on the outside is beautiful!! The large kitchen/dining room/living room was a great space to be with our entire family!!

Fun Vacation!

The Location was great!!!!! The pool & spa made this house!! It was so nice to relax and watch all the boats come in and out. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to take care of things. The house needs a few repairs Im sure because of renters and the cleaning crew needs to do a deeper cleaning. Overall this was a great place to stay and having the pool is a must from now on!!! We had a great time! Hopefully we will be back soon!

The water is cleaner at this location than most other properties and having the pool is awesome. BBQ and a couple of beds need some maintenance. Kitchen is big!! Lots of room! Property manager very responsive. Cleaning crew could have done better. Overall great location, great place and we would definitely rent here again!!

We had a very nice stay at the property the outdoor living, including pool and jacuzzi was great. Host was very accomodating and responsive. Close to SF, but felt like a true getaway vacation.

Stay away from this one

Worst possible, management would not listen or take care of my concerns of unhealthy pool and hot tub issues. Green growth in hot tub did not present a problem to management. Refrigerator set a maximum cooling, could not trust it to keep my food healthy. Management not concerned. I do not believe they have professionals maintaining anything there on the outside or inside of the house. Many more issues, cleanliness outside and inside, we had to clean before use (living room furniture, kitchen area, barbecue, etc.). In my eyes this property should not be listed.

Great house but a little short on luxury

We enjoyed the spacious, open living area with great views of the water. The pool and spa were great and we enjoyed them each day of our four night stay. The second bedroom on main floor is very small. The house was clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. We did notice that the house was looking and feeling a little "worn". Inside, the kitchen bar stools were peeling and the stove fan did not work properly, the cutlery and dishes were a bit slim for our group of eight, blinds in the master bath were broken/missing, carpet had noticeable stains. Outside, the pool had cracks in tile and the pergola needed a good power washing. With the description and higher price, we were expecting a bit more "luxury". Olga, the property manager, was great to work with and responded promptly to get a broken light fix in the master bathroom toilet area.

Fun girls weekend in Disco Bay

What a wonderful weekend we had in Discovery Bay! The house was beautiful and spacious enough for 10 of us girls. Olga was a great host and very knowledgeable about the area. View from the decks were stunning and we watched some beautiful sunsets from the dock. Overall awesome experience and hope we get a chance to come back someday.

Beautiful property and very spacious!

I held a yoga retreat here and it was perfect for 10 girls. The entire house is very spacious and the living room has a beautiful view of the water. We especially loved hanging out on the deck, watching the sunrise and eating breakfast out there. It was the perfect house for a relaxing getaway!

A 5 Star Vacation

Our first visit to Discovery Bay and we hit the jack pot of vacation homes. The location was terrific at the end of a cult sac. It provided a large back yard with a pool and spa on one side of the home and plenty of room across the back filled with wonderful outdoor furniture. A sitting area, dining area, and to complete the space a large swing. We ate every meal outside and enjoyed watching the boats go by. The dock worked out perfect for our boat, the dock had great lighting so when we went for an evening boat ride it was easy to see our way into and out of the boat. The home has 3 large bedrooms with king beds that were comfy with very nice bedding. Enough towels for all as well as beach towels provide for the pool and spa. Each bedroom had it own bathroom attached, 2 with a jack and jill setup. The large great room and kitchen area is more than enough room for everyone to have a spot to gather and relax however, our time was spent outside. The owner was a pleasure to work with, she was very responsive and accommodated a date change and added a additional day with no hassle. We typically rent vacation homes 4 to 5 times a year and this home is one we will rent again. Discovering Discovery Bay was a blast and a new spot for our family to add to our vacation spots.

We loved staying at this Discovery Bay home for a recent girls weekend. Great outdoor space conducive to relaxing, well-equipped kitchen for fun meals in and a really responsive property manager that made our stay seamless. Would definitely stay again!
