The apartment, directly on the river and the sea, will give you an unforgettable holiday, is located in a Natural Park, next to a typical and traditional fishing village, in a very quiet place.
The 82-square-meter non-smoking apartment features a large, sunny balcony with table and sofas, where you can dine al fresco and relax, while admiring the magnificent views of the Natural Park and the Sea.
It has a large and bright common room with glass doors from floor to ceiling where you can also relax, and dine indoors, enjoying the fabulous view over the Natural Park and the Sea.
It has a comfortable and cozy double room (bed of 160 x 200 cm) with huge wardrobes.
It also has a spacious and complete bathroom and a Hall with lots of storage.
Finally, the spacious, modern, bright and fully equipped Kitchenet is attached to a dining area that comfortably sleeps 4 people.
The air-conditioned apartment is fully furnished, equipped and decorated, namely with cable TV and Internet, so that guests feel in the comfort of their own home.
It is set in a sophisticated and quiet complex with huge and beautiful garden and panoramic swimming pools that you can enjoy fully.

Payment conditions:

  Prices for 2 people include 1 cleaning and 1 change of sheets and towels mid week.
A deposit of 25% of the price is required to secure the reservation.
Remaining 75% will be paid up to 6 weeks before check-in.
Security deposit of 200 euros, which will be returned by bank transfer within 72 hours after check out, if there are no damages to be noted.

We spent four weeks in Paula's beautiful apartment. Everything from the cleanliness of the apartment to the very comfortable bed to the extremely well equipped kitchen was way above our expectations. The view was a huge highlight, always changing depending on weather and tides. Paula and Sonia were readily available for questions and concerns. From booking this beautiful apartment the communication with the hosts was amazing, nothing was too much trouble they even helped getting us a taxi who was waiting for us at the airport. When we arrived we were greeted with Sonia who checked us in and was excellent with her information, we were totally blown away with the accommodation and views and felt we had been transported to paradise, this feeling stayed with us for the whole of our stay and we did not want to leave. This apartment is beautiful. It has everything and the views are exquisite. It was a pleasure to wake up every morning and sit in the balcony. It is superbly cleaned. Sonia runs a tight ship and she runs it very well. Very professional, diligent - this is probably why the whole complex is so immaculate. Fuseta is charming. Nature and Tranquility

Just finished a one month stay at Paula and Manuel's beautiful one bedroom apartment overlooking the Ria Formosa natural reserve in Fuseta. They were wonderful to deal with, as was their local manager Sonya. The apartment is modern, super clean, and has a beautiful view of the Ria Formosa from the deck, or through large sliding glass doors. It is adjacent to a great walking/biking trail through through the reserve. It's a short 5 minute walk to the quaint town of Fuseta, where there are some nice restaurants and coffee shops. We had a car, so it was a short drive to the larger centers of Tavira and Olhao. We loved our time there, and would definitely stay there again.

Unser perfekter Urlaub

Es war ein absoluter Traum und hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen: Direkt an der Ria Formosa, das Zentrum von Fuseta ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Man hat einen tollen Blick aus dem 1. Obergeschoss. Der Balkon ist sehr großzügig: Zwei kleine Tische mit 4 Stühlen UND 2 sehr bequeme Sonnenliegen mit Aufliegern passen ohne Probleme hin. Der Balkon liegt sonnengeschützt. Der Weg zum Erwachsenen- und Kinder-Pool (der eine besondere Aussicht auf die Ria Formosa bietet) ist kurz. Das Auto kann man in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage mit eigenem Stellplatz abstellen. 2 Räder gehören auch zum Apartment. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine plus Espressomaschine, Toaster, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien). Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und bietet ein super bequemes Bett. Alle Fenster können dank Rollos (außen und innen) verschattet werden, überall sind Fliegen/Mückengitter installiert. Das Apartment hat eine Klimaanlage, kann jedoch auch sehr gut manuell durchlüftet werden. Das beste an allem ist das Eigentümer-Ehepaar Paula und Manuel. Wir kamen am Samstag kurz vor Mitternacht an. Die Kommunikation über Mail und Whatapp verlief immer TOP. Beide empfingen uns PERSÖNLICH zur Schlüsselübergabe und um uns alles vor Ort zu zeigen. Sie sprechen problemlos Englisch, waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns einen perfekten Aufenthalt geboten. Wir werden definitiv hier wieder herkommen. Wir haben schon vieles gesehen, aber diese Unterkunft zählt zur unseren TOP 3 weltweit. DANKE für diese tolle Zeit! Lisa & Uwe

Outstanding booking experience from start to finish, with excellent, helpful and friendly communication from the owner. Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment, modern, stylish and excellently equipped. Beautiful gardens. And the views! Peaceful, endless ever changing wonderful views of the ria, with birds, boats, tides, clam pickers and huge skies. All on the doorstep of the lovely little town of Fuseta, with its restaurants, snack bars, market and friendly little square. Little train station 2 minutes walk from the apartment if you want to visit Faro, Olhao, or Tavira. Ferry boat to Isla de Fuseta, with endless beach. We love it here! We can't wait to return ♥️
