Spacious country colonial is relaxed, inviting and just minutes to all that Lincoln and Woodstock has to offer! Our house welcomes you from the ambiance and warmth of the wood burning stove and big screen TV, open area of the kitchen, living and dining room. Kick back in the extra den with a second TV or step outside to nap on the deck, play croquet on the lawn or sit by the fire pit and watch the stars. Walk to town, or 1 mile to Loon or just minutes to Franconia Notch! 9 comfortable bedrooms.. House Rules are listed in our kitchen on the counter next to the bulletin board. This is where you will find the Wifi code as well as all instructions you will need during your stay. I will provide you with the door code via text on the day you check in. We make your health and wellbeing a priority. As we invite you into our homes and continue to welcome guests visiting the White Mountains, we want to you to be confident that we are providing you a clean house free of any harmful germs. We are excited to let you know that our home is cleaned with Clean Republic Disinfectant + Sanitizer which cleans 99.9% of bacteria and viruses including the nasty stuff like Staph, Strep, MRSA, Listeria, Herpes, H1N1, SARS-CoV-2 and the Common cold. Nice house in Lincoln

Nice house close to climbing or skiing. There’s space for playing games if the weather doesn’t cooperate. And the best hot tub I’ve used.

We gathered for a big birthday celebration. The house was perfect for a large group. The kitchen was open and well equipped. Rebecca was very easy to get in contact with and was very accommodating. We had a wonderful time. Located very close to anything you’d want to do.

Frustrating and disappointing stay

The house had a lot of bedrooms and space for my whole family, which is why we booked it. The location was conveniently located. The house smelled like smoke during our entire 4 night stay. On day 2, a woman emerged from the basement, shocking and surprising my family that was outside playing in the yard. She did not introduce herself, just drove away. I contacted the host to ask if someone lived on site and she lied and said that it’s the house manager who came out of her office. I messaged the “house manager” who said she lived in the basement apartment but wouldn’t get in our way. She stayed in the apartment for 3 out of 4 nights but never introduced herself to us in person. It was clear that she smoked in the basement, as the smoke traveled up through the bathroom vents. The house manager living on site was not the problem - the secrecy of it and lack of communication was. The house wasn’t cleaned satisfactorily and the host was terribly unresponsive. Disappointing and frustrating.

Pro's: Great location between Woodstock and Lincoln. Wonderful bedding - mattresses were really nice. Table was great sized for a large family. Hot tub was awesome in the snow! Con's: Parking three across in the driveway was a lil challenging. House looked a lil tired inside of some areas cosmetically. Overall lovely charming house great for large family meal prep and entertainment. Thanks Rebecca!

Rustic charm in need of refresh

This was a great location for our large family gathering. However its rustic charm did not out weigh the lack of cleanliness. I expect everything to be cleaner in this day and age of Covid, but…. mattresses had stains present, no pillow covers on pillows and pillows were stained. Silverware needed rewashing, floors and baseboard trim in need of washing, as well as tubs/showers. Dirt present under beds. Ottoman Cushion with large rip present with blanket over it in an attempt to conceal. Towels and linens did not smell fresh. Nails were coming up through the floor and were a hazard to walk upon or crawl with small children! A thorough cleaning and paint/repair to walls and wood would make this home a real rustic charmer and 5 Star easily!

With 10 people staying under one roof we were never in each others way. The kitchen, dining and living rooms flowed nicely. The bathrooms and shower areas were very clean. There was no need for air mattresses. Everyone had nice clean bed to sleep in. The only issue we had is we didn't stay longer.

Nice home for a large family. Plenty of beds, large living room and kitchen. Plenty of space. Close to the Mountain, plenty of parking. After a day of skiing we looked forward to soaking in the private hot tub. Thank you

Great location

Enjoyed staying in Lincoln. Our annual family get-together this year was to climb Mt. Washington. This home was close enough while also being close to Clarks trading post, and other White Mountain attractions to keep us busy during our entire stay. Rebecca, the owner was easy to deal with. The reservation process was simple and the home was as advertised. I recommend that if you want to vacation in the area that you consider staying here an option.

This location is close to everything you need in Lincoln, while offering enough privacy to feel like a real get away. There was plenty of space for friends/family to sleep and the hot tub was a nice treat after a long day on the mountain.
