Discover this charming and luxurious villa with panoramic views, where you can enjoy incomparable beauty and a very peaceful place. Cumbre del Sol is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca in the municipality of Benitachell, between Jávea and Moraira. On a beautiful cliff by the sea, this residential area extends where numerous chalets are located, always surrounded by green areas and next to the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy a few days, a holiday, a long season or all year round, whatever your choice is in this emblematic place that has several spectacular viewpoints and special protection areas such as the Granadella Natural Park (Javea), Puig de la Llorença or Portet de Moraira.



The villa has three double bedrooms, in addition to a double sofa bed in a separate area of the living room. It consists of an entrance hall, dining room, living room, kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, etc. 3 bedrooms, one with a dressing room, 3 bathrooms.

All rooms have air conditioning (cold / heat).

In addition, the house has TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer,...



Outside, you will enjoy a private infinity pool with sea views, terrace and garden. For those seeking an extra level of comfort, the pool can be heated (this service is available upon request and at an additional cost), perfect for taking a dip at the ideal temperature throughout the year.

Massive celebrations are not permitted. Only visits from friends and family are allowed. No more people than the property's capacity are allowed to stay overnight.

Great location!

The view has to unbeatable. I have been to Moraira many times and this was the third time at this villa. Eight weeks this time!! I had no problems whatsoever! An iron packed up and a replacement turned up within 20 minutes!

Fantastic Holiday at a Beautiful Villa in Moraira

Fantastic Villa. Lovely views and very spacious inside. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning allowed for good sleeping conditions. Villa is situated in Cumbre Del Sol, so a hire car is necessary. Shame there isn't a Restaurant / pubsupermarket within walking distance, but it is also nice to be away from busy roads etc. All facilities are a 5 minute drive away. Would highly recommend this Villa and would love to visit again. A basic welcome pack would be very useful - with some water etc.

Good experience

Location was good very convenient for relaxation. Very nice view on the sea. Electrical circuit breaker tripping every 15 minutes. Mosquito bites on the pool side during evening and the presence of ants in the kitchen the bad smell coming from the store room located at the entrance was very unpleasant had to BLOC the evacuation pipe to reduce it. On the advertisement it was mentionned that a baby crib would be part of the amenities unfortunately it was not the case and we were asked to pay an extra 8 € per day to have , it was not a question of money but we declined the offer. Never the less it was a positive experience and i would be happy to experience it again and i would recommend it to friends.

Villa with Incredible 180° view and amazing swimming pool.

the swimming pool area, the terrace and the incredible view. the availability of the solhabitat agency. They always try to do their best...Thank you to Walter and Hector. Bad smell in the bathrooms, Cleaning (curtains not clean, smell of dust in one bedroom, two outdated bathrooms, especially the blue one, light fixture in one bathroom full of insects (we cleaned it ourselves). A large umbrella is missing. One is not enough. And it's really a shame that the garden in front of the house entrance isn't cleaned or planted at all. It doesn't give a good impression when you enter the house. It's also a shame that almost all the kitchen plates are chipped. We had to buy plates to have a nice table and one or two dishes that we took back to Belgium because we were in the car...

Haus mit schöner Aussicht

Der Service von Sol Habitat war ausgezeichnet. Das Haus hat eine schöne Aussicht mit einer einladenden neuen Terasse mit praktischem Wintergarten. Der beheizte Pool hat auch an kalten Tagen eine angenehme Temperatur. Die neue Küche und das neue Bad mit Dusche machen den Aufenthalt angenehm. Die wei Sessel auf der Terrasse sehen gut aus, sie sind jedoch nicht so bequem ohne Kopfstütze.

Villa avec vue magnifique

Villa très bien équipée, confortable, literie excellente Vue magnifique Agence sérieuse et très bonne communication Wi-fi très mauvais durant notre séjour et souvent inexistant Beaucoup de bruits durant la semaine à cause des travaux et constructions dans le quartier ( passage de camions, bruits de marteaux piqueurs,... )
