Upon entering the first floor, guests are greeted by a cozy bonus room, furnished with a plush sofa and a TV, providing an inviting spot for unwinding after a day of beach activities. Adjacent is a room with 2 twin bunk beds and a full bathroom, perfect for accommodating guests or family members seeking privacy.

The second floor welcomes you with a spacious living room, providing an ideal gathering space for friends and family with ample seating. Adjacent is the open kitchen, inviting culinary adventures with modern appliances and abundant counter space for preparing delicious meals. Also on the second floor, you will find the primary bedroom, complete with a full en-suite bath for indulgent comfort, along with a convenient half bath tucked away on this level, as well as the laundry room.

The third floor unveils a haven of tranquility, with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed and an en-suite bath, providing a private sanctuary. Bedrooms 4 and 5 feature en-suite toilet and sink amenities, with a shared Jack and Jill shower. Bedroom 6 offers a cozy arrangement with a twin bed and a twin trundle, ensuring comfortable accommodations for all guests.

WHATS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

Dream Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Nash beach cottage! It was the perfect place to have a small family reunion. The beach house is beautifully decorated with a comfortable, relaxed feel. It has a large, well-appointed kitchen that allowed us to cook and enjoy family meals around the large dining room table. Many an evening was spent sitting on the wrap-around porch listening to the ocean waves and gazing at the stars. The house is so close to the beach that we were able to bring the kids back and forth throughout the day. We appreciated having the outdoor showers to clean off after each beach trip. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. Thank you!
