Comfortable, central and with great hospitality :-)

Really near to the centre (3 minute to the pedestrian zone) and to the beach) this location is as comfortable as clean. Rino and his huaband are very friendly and helpful - and well organized!We enjoyed our holiday very much - it was a pity we had to leave one day earlier due to family matters.

Our first time in Grado

We enjoyed our first time in Grado. The appartement is well located (close to the beach and the city). All what we needed was there and the host was very pleasent to us. We can recommend this appartement/host.

Family-friendly accommodation

This was our third stay in this apartment. We always appreciate the fully equipped, very spacious, centrally located flat with an own parking spot. The owners are very friendly and very helpful.

Perfekt as Always!

It is a nice cosy and clean flat including all you need for your family, 5mins to the beach by feet, very supportive renter, 2mins to the flaundry mile, shops and playground. It was already our 4th visit but for Sure not the last.

Nice apartment next to the beach

We have been twice in the apartment and we have always enjoyed our stay very much. It is well equipped, clean and quiet. It is only a few minutes to the historical centre of Grado and the beach is only a stone`s throw away. Rino and his wife are very kind and are always ready to help.

hello rino we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay in your apartment in grado with four adults. the beds are good, there are mosquito nets - that was great, the kitchen is top equipped and the car is protected from the sun and safe on the property. everything is within walking distance. thank you, rino, for your hospitality. we would love to come back.

Little Gem 3mins from the beach

The property itself is very nice, a clean and precious small flat like some of us live in. Silent, a Safe Spot for the car and you have like 3mins by feet to reach the beach main entrance and also only 3mins to the Center of Grado and its Shops, Bars, Restaurants. We booked it already 3 times and again already a 4th time for next year, I think that says a lot. Rino is very friendly, Check-in and out is totally uncomplicated. What we love most about this apartment is to have a washing machine but much more the bathtub for our little ones after visiting the beach. They have fun there and are self cleaning while playing in it :) BR Martin

Wir waren in dem Appartment als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Und es hat uns sehr gut dort gefallen. Das Appartment ist geräumig, hat zwei Balkons. Der Parkplatz ist überdacht und es gibt auch ausreichend Stellplätze für Fahrräder. Die Ausstattung das Appartements war so, wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Was wirklich gut ist, dass alle Fenster und Balkontüren mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet sind. Denn in Grado gibt es wirklich sehr viele Mücken. Ein Tipp von uns, ausreichend Mückenschutzmittel mitnehmen (denn in Grado kosten die Mittel das doppelte, ala bei uns in Deutschland). Und die Lage ist auch top, alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Fazit: alles super und wir werden nächstes Jahr mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch hervorragend ausgestattet – mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, sämtlichen Küchenutensilien und vielem mehr. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gelungen, sodass wir uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Für meine Familie und mich war der Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment optimal ,mehr als ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen ,Fliegengitter und Klimaanlage waren Lebensretter und Grado war wie immer bezaubernd. Hervorheben möchte ich aber die besondere Freundlichkeit des vermietenden Ehepaares. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen !

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Lage

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal und kommen auch bestimmt wieder. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Für Familien ideal, da die Küche voll ausgestattet ist und sowohl Waschmaschine als auch Badewanne vorhanden sind. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Toller Parkplatz und alles in Fußnähe erreichbar.

Super gelegene Fewo

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in dieser tollen Ferienwohnug. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch, wenn man Kinder dabei hat und oft an den Strand geht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen. Der Eingang zum Strand befindet sich gleich gegenüber, und es gibt im nahen Umkreis mehrere Restaurants.

Posizione perfetta

L'appartamento è ben curato e dotato di ogni comfort ma più importante è situato in una posizione semplicemente perfetta! Ci siamo dimenticati l'auto e abbiamo girato a piedi ovunque poiché la zona è servititissima. A pochi minuti avevamo panificio tabacchi supermercato bar gelateria farmacia ristoranti e soprattutto la spiaggia. Non manca davvero nulla. Stiamo già pensando di prenotare per il prossimo anno!

Schöne zentrale Wohnung

Wir haben in der Wohnung, mit zwei Erwachsenene und drei Kindern, 9 Nächte verbracht. Die Lage ist zentral. D.h. die Fussgängerzone und Strand sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Natürlich ist die Wohnung durch die zentrale Lage und dichte Bebauung nicht total leise gelegen, aber es gibt keine Disko oder ähnliches in der Nähe, die die ganze Nacht dröhnt. Die Geräusche kommen zumeist von Nachbarn oder (dem wenigen) Verkehr. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Gold wert sind die Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Dadurch kann man die Wohnung mückenfrei halten (Mückenspray nicht vergessen). Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine erleichtern das Leben ungemein. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wir jedoch selbst bei 34° nicht benötigt haben, da man - Dank der Mückengitter - alle Fenster der Wohnung geöffnet halten und so auf Durchzug schalten kann. Das WLAN ist sowohl im Up- als auch Download schnell. Der Vermieter ist nett, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Objekt und auch Grado mit seiner schönen Altstadt nur jedem empfehlen.

Sehr nahe zu Strand und zur Promenade

Wir waren dort zu fünft im Urlaub (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Die Wohnung war mit 3 Schlafzimmern sehr groß und perfekt für uns. Man hatte in der Wohnung alles was man braucht. Ganz wichtig waren natürlich auch die Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster und die Klimaanlage. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist auch der überdachte PKW Stellplatz auf dem Hof. Sowohl die Nähe zum Strand (ca. 100 m) also auch die Entfernung zum Zentrum und der Altstadt waren sehr positiv. Wir können diese Wohnung auf alle fälle für einen längeren Urlaub mit kleinen oder großen Kindern empfehlen. Die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns alles in der Wohnung genau erklärt. Falls wir wieder in Grado Urlaub machen, würden wir uns freuen in dieser Wohnung wieder zu bekommen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Familie Glazer

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Das Design der Möbel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht! Die Betten sind gut! Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Grado und die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
