A cozy two bedroom house located between downtown Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City. Trendy new design with open floor plan, large kitchen and living room with a 55 inch tv and cable network. Two bedrooms with tv's that offer netflix and queen size beds. WiFi/Cable, laundry, BBQ grill and Fenced patio along with being pet friendly are all available. Patio out back for catching some great Colorado air with welded cornhole boards for a little fun for the kids.

Very clean.. location was a little loud but we felt fairly safe. Convenient to all the hot locations like pikes peak, manitou springs, etc.. definitely worth the price

Everything was perfect. The location was central to everything and super close to the downtown restaurants we wanted to go to. Kids especially enjoyed the chalkboards on the walls.

Amazing!

Loved everything about our stay, house was in a great location, and the decor was awesome. As a welder/fabricator I loved all the metal artwork, and the kids loved all of it as well especially the patio. Wish we had more time, we’re looking forward to staying here again!

We loved this place. It was clean, stocked with essential equipment and soaps. Upon arriving we were confused as we were expecting a house style but the inside has an eclectic vibe. The metals and concrete art were so cool and interesting! We loved finding cool new details every day we were there. Would stay here again!

The place was as advertised and very comfortable. Enjoyed the Weber grill and patio. The spacious kitchen was definite plus. We would definitely stay here again. It would be nice if the front door had a “peep hole”. The wrenches sticking out by the patio door were kind of dangerous.

Week long vacation

Very nice 2+1 property adjacent to a very nice restaurant, bar and grill. Property was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Backyard had a nice Weber grill, outdoor dining table and a corn hole set. We really enjoyed the stay for 7 nights. Property is very close to downtown Colorado City, Old Town Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak only 20mins from airport. Johnny was very accommodating throughout our stay and I would stay again!

May Stay

The property is very unique, but comfortable. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It is centrally located with easy access to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Air Force Academy, and Garden of the Gods. Plenty of nearby restaurants and breweries. If you are looking for a rental with a view--this is not for you. We enjoyed it's location and unique quirky charm. We had no issues with the rental or the host. Easy in and easy checkout

When you drive up your first impression can be "What the -----"? It has an industrial look, which you find is playfully used throughout the property. The inside is what I would call eclectic industrial and done in a really cool manner. The place is equipped with everything you could want or need and all is top rate. The kitchen and its equipment is incredible. The outside patio is something to enjoy You will find a $25 gift card from Johnny's Bar/restaurant on the desk. USE IT!! The service, and food are incredible. We had small plates and I was not expecting the food to be anywhere near the type and quality we got. You would be thrilled to get food like this at a high end restaurant,and it is so reasonable you won't believe it. The servers are very knowledgeable and friendly. The stay at Johnny's VRBO was our last two days of our Colorado trip, and they were the best. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Johnny is a super nice guy who takes his businesses seriously and provides the highest service at reasonable price. The home was spotless and a delight to stay in. We wish there were a lot more proprietors like Johnny. Stay there and you won't regret it. Thanks again, Johnny and staff.

Property Description

Upon arrival and unloading all of our items, the first thing I did was turn on the TV. I'm a freelance contributor for hockey, and there was no cable. Although advertised as Satellite/Cable. Johnny's response was he cancelled cable because it was too expensive. He did offer $50 to go to a bar close by, but we don't drink. We asked for a refund and left the next morning. After a week and frustrating communication with VRBO, the partial refund was received, although Johnny stated it would be a full refund. There were also kernels of food (cat or dog) on the desk and floor, which our dog found and ate. There were ants on the bathroom floor. The patio was dirty and we felt unsafe, as there were creepy neighbors on the second floor deck leering at us in the evening. Would not consider staying here again. If you want to see some daylight, this would not be the place.

we liked the rustic look and was impressed by the imagination of the decor. we also did use the outside grill and the cornhole. Would recommend and use again if we had another chance. we had a very pleasant stay.

Unique place with all of the comforts of home

Really enjoyed our stay of two nights here. The place was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. The only suggestions are that the keypad on the door lock was a bit touchy, and we had to ask for the access code. It would be nice to have had it supplied in the check in information section.
