Small detached house of charm and cozy 28 m2 + large land located in an exceptional place in the heights of Nice just above the old port, tastefully decorated fully equipped. Ideal for a couple in love. You will be in the middle of nature in a calm and soothing place. Real bed and quality, housing equipped with a big screen TV smart tv and an internet connection in wifi or ethernet. Terrace with furniture of garden in front of the house + under ground done up with individual Jacuzzi, deckchair table and chairs has your disposition . fairy view on the port of nice quiet 8 minutes from the shops. We are 35 minutes from Cannes and 35 minutes from Italy and 10 minutes from the beach marinières Villefranche sur mer. Beautiful walks accessible directly from the hiring at the vinegar park for the lovers of the nature of jogging or mountain biking. A welcome snack and a breakfast will be offered on the first day. We look forward to welcoming you to our little paradise.

Very nice, rural stay

Place was very nice, rural and cozy. Host very helpful and polite. Travelling with dog was very pleasant, good areas to walk with dog near the house.

Nice hide out with great view

Cosy little cottage. Narrow streets to get there , 10 min away from city center. Very well equipped and lovely hosts living close by.

Great view over Nice, shott distance to Nice & Monaco

House is bery well equipped with everythinng required towels, sheets, large multimedia TV set, large fridge, multi jet shower, ... Bed is good as well, as the air-condition. Haven't missed anything the hosts are very nice and helpfull.

Beautiful little property in a quite location

Really loved this place. It's quiet, tucked out of the way, lovely style inside, the hot tub was a great touch and the aircon was a god send! Couple of things to note, its quite hard to find initially, the owners don't speak much English, so limited in how they can help. Waze took us within a few hundred metres, so wait there and call and they'll come to meet you, to take you in. The road in and out has extreme speed bumps, and gradients! So if you have a low car with no lift, it will scrape! None of these things take away from a great stay, would recommend.

Le chemin est effectivement étroit par endroits mais effectivement ce n’est pas adapté pour une Ferrari qui a un bas de caisse très bas . En 2025 le chemin sera agrandi pour un passage aisé pas les camions pompiers en vue de la lutte contre les incendies.

A very rare find and exceedingly charming.

Le chateau is in a beautiful location high up on the hillside with a spectacular view overlooking Nice and the Airport and view of the Bay of Nice. We found the narrow winding driveway up to the property quite hair-raising and a small car was a must! The house was perfect for two people and well equipped with separate kitchen and shower room. We could also relax in the multi-level private garden and had use of the jacuzzi there. Philippe was a very welcoming host who provided beautiful food for us as our plane landed late on the first evening. The Côte D’Azure and the Cannes film festival made this a very special week indeed! Would definitely recommend this property to friends. Phyllis & Christoper.

Perfect for me

You will need to come by car. The rental can be a little tricky to find, but the hosts provide a clear map and offer assistance by phone once you get close. Once you arrive you'll have plenty of room to park and a beautiful view from the property. Philippe and Magali are thoughtful hosts and provide everything you need to be comfortable The location is very close to the Grande Corniche, providing easy access to Eze, La Turbie and Menton. The views along the route are spectacular. You can also reach St Jean Cap Ferrat quickly without driving through the city. To visit Nice, I like to drive to a nearby Parcazur and ride the tram into town. It's simple and inexpensive. There are few restaurants close by, but the kitchen is well-equipped for preparing your meals. For me, this was a perfect place to escape the noise and congestion of the city, and enjoy the view from above.

Super nette Vermieter - Meg & Phil haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und alles genau erklärt. Ein Traum für alle Cyclisten

Das Appartement bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf den Port Lympia und den im Meer liegenden Flughafen. Für alle rennradfahrenden Menschen bietet der Standort einen dirketen Einstieg in die Traumrouten rund um Nizza. Die Ruhe wird nur von den singenden Fröschen unterbrochen. Ein schöner, ruhiger Ort um den Alltag mal zu vergessen.

Maisonnette Calme et pleine de charme

Propriétaires accueillants avec de petites attentions très agréables à l'arrivée. Maisonnette joliment décorée et bien agencée. Les 2 terrasses permettent de jongler avec le soleil. Le jacuzzi est le top ! En choisissant les bonnes routes l'accès à Nice et Villefranche est rapide. Merci pour cette semaine dans ce petit cocon.

Environnement et vue extra, maison au calme !

Petite maison indépendante très cosy et très bien équipée, idéalement située sur les hauteurs de Nice, loin du bruit et de l’effervescence de la ville. Les musées, les bons restaurants, les plages, les beaux villages aux alentours, beaucoup de choses se trouvent à moins de 30 minutes, en voiture, de la location. Magali et Philippe sont des hôtes parfaits, toujours prêts à vous faciliter le séjour et à vous renseigner. Nous recommandons ++ Encore merci pour tout !

Vacances sur la Côte d’Azur

L’appartement loué est cosy et situé sur les hauteurs de Nice avec une très belle vue sur la ville et la mer. L’endroit est également très calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Philippe et Magali qui étaient disponibles à chaque fois que nécessaire. Pour les visites et balades il est très facile de se rendre partout depuis là. Nous recommandons cette location pour passer un séjour reposant et agréable.

Sehr ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen ( Auto von Vorzeil)

Klein, schnucklig, sehr ruhig. Wirklich alles, was man braucht, vorhanden in dem kleinen Haus. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Port de Nice. Vermieter, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und flexibel. Wenn die Gelegenheit haben, kommen wir wieder.

Une vue à couper le souffle sur Nice

La petite maison avec jacuzzi et piscine était très confortable et très bien adaptée pour une pause d'une semaine. La vue sur la ville était de premier ordre et il était très calme. Les hôtes, Philippe et Magali, étaient très gentils et se sont très bien occupés de nous. Si nous revenons à Nice, nous serons très heureux d'y revenir.

Ein kleines Paradies über den Dächern von Nizza

Klein, schnuckelig, liebevoll eingerichtet - es fehlte an nichts, was den Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus erleichtert. Die Eigentümer sind sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super séjour, environnement enchanteur et super accueil nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

La location est en tous points confme à la description, magnifiques balades en forêt parc du Vinaigrier à quelques minutes à pied, plage à 10 minutes en voiture, vue imprenable sur la baie de saint jean Cap Ferrat jusqu'à Nice, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec un accueil très chaleureux, nous reviendrons !

Einfach wunderschön

Ein super schönes Haus was gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Es fehlt an nichts. Wenn man abends von einem Städtetrip oder vom Strand wiederkommt, bietet das Häuschen noch einen tollen Jaccuzzi wo man den Abend bestens ausklingen lassen kann. Ein absolutes Highlight waren Philippe und Magali, die Hausvermieter. Wir haben zwei unglaublich tolle und herzliche Menschen kennengelernt und kommen gerne wieder.☺️.
