Our unique, angled, floor plan provides ocean views from all rooms. This is 'NOT' your typical shot-gun style floor plan. All rooms are angled and open with glass doors/windows from ceiling to floor. Additionally, all rooms open onto a huge 28-foot balcony overlooking the pool and beautiful Gulf. Our unit is very open, large, and has nine-foot ceilings. Unique features of this building include air-conditioned interior hallways and enclosed parking. Surfside Resort provides one of the area's most complete array of amenities.

A huge master bedroom with a king-size bed with Gulf views, beautiful furnishings, TV, large lighted walk-in closet, vanity table, and spacious master bathroom. The second bedroom also has an ocean view with 2 queen size beds with beautiful furnishings, TV, closet, and full bath with tub and shower. The 3rd bedroom has king bed with small sofa, flat screen TV & private balcony overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf.

Our fully-furnished kitchen includes dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, plates, glasses, cookware, utensils, bowls, etc. We have added many personal touches/items. Your every need has been anticipated.

It’s a very clean and big condo!! We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful view. Our kids loved the pool, hot tub, basketball court, and pickleball. There is a lot to do there for all ages. It was a great trip!

This condo met our needs and had everything from location to accommodations to amenities. This was convenient to most everything. We had some first time beach goers that were in awe of the white sands and clear emerald waters. We enjoyed the trip and the condo would highly recommend and book again in the future.

The online information is accurate but the unit is much larger than expected, which was a positive surprise. The location is perfect, the floor level is spectacular and the views are amazing. I would highly recommend this property and the communication with Julie (property manager) is spectacular. I reached out to her regarding a few questions and she was extremely quick to respond. Highly recommend this location/property for Miramar!

We had an amazing time! The condo was bigger than expected and the view is incredible! The sky walk was great with kids so we didn’t have to worry about the traffic. Wonderful property. Only thing I would recommend is a new bed for the bedroom that has the extra fridge. It sounds at time like the box spring is broken and not very comfortable. Everything else was great!

Great Condo and Property Manager!

This condo was perfect for our family of 9. Very clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and had a great view. Julie, the property manager was proactive in checking on us, super sweet, and promptly answered the few questions we did have. We had a great week here! We were SO glad to have the 2 sets of beach service. Though it’s not advertised, there were also some beach toys and fans for the bedrooms that were nice little extras that added to our trip. We acquired some bougie boards/sand shovels and payed it forward by leaving them in the condo for the next guests as well. Hopefully they hold up for others enjoyment for a while. There is also a spot for people to leave/take free beach toys by the beach access stairs across the street as well, which also saves vacationers some money. Thank you for a great experience! We hope to stay here again!

Super upset on the misrepresentation of the way my supposed security deposit was handled.

Refrigerator doesn’t work properly. It would not keep anything cold. Other than that nice place. Although they misrepresented security deposit. I was told one thing on phone and another after the stay. That being said. Beware of VRBO’s “fees”. Very shady.

I am quite surprised to see that you gave us 1 star. You texted me after your stay to tell me that the condo "is awesome" and that you had recommended us to your friend. I am sorry that you are upset that we did not actually collect a security deposit so that we could then return it to you. When I explained this to you, you then seemed upset with the VRBO service fee. Unfortunately your 1 star does not reflect the positive comments you made to me about our condo. When you book on VRBO you receive a quote that clearly lists each charge. The service fee is listed separately from our damage deposit and each fee is separated out. The service fee goes straight to VRBO. Because your credit card is in the system we feel that is sufficient to act as the damage deposit. Most guests we have appreciate the fact that we don't collect that deposit. It is like a hotel that keeps a card on file while you are staying with them.

Great place to stay. We had 6 adults and 2 small children and we were very comfortable. 3rd floor nice as you overlook pool and not to long on the elevator. Gorgeous views of beach. Beach service was great the guys work really hard every morning at sun up. Lots of stuff within walking distance and restaurant at condo we enjoyed lunch and dinner. Highly recommend the place and property manager was wonderful to work with and checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything.
