Casa Felice is a 3 bedroom/2 bath fully furnished oceanfront house with spectacular views. The house sleeps up to 6 people. The house is located just 6 miles from Georgetown on a beautiful stretch of beach in Tar Bay. All rooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. There is a large open living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area. French doors open to a full deck equipped with table, chairs and BBQ. There is also a deck furnished with lounge chairs in the front of the house. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in Exuma's natural beauty. There are several coral reefs located within swimming distance in front of the house, so bring your snorkel gear or rod and reel and catch dinner. The house is equipped with WiFi.

We went during Exuma’s off season. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Peaceful and beautiful. Walk right out the back and down a rock path to the beach. House is well equipped with a kayak, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, and beach towels. Absolutely unbelievable sunrise view!

Absolute paradise! Incredible location, beach, and amenitiesThis beach house was phenomenal. The location is excellent, putting us right near Hoopers Bay and Jolly Hall Beach, both of which feel like absolute paradise. The beach right at the property is beautiful and pristine. We were so impressed by the amenities provided—having high-quality beach chairs, fresh towels, a kayak, and a BBQ grill made our stay incredibly convenient and fun. We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway. Highly recommended!

King size bed in master and queen in guest room were awesome. Third bedroom with twin beds was not used. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Great to have floats to use at the house and to also take to other beaches. The beach towels were super nice as well. The owner and house manager were very communicative - answered all my questions prior to our visit and while we were on property. But the best part was the view and water access which are 2 key things we look for when we visit Exuma!!! The view is 10/10!!!

What a wonderful home to stay in beachside! The place was extremely comfortable and well stocked. You can step onto the beach walk for 5 miles round trip and see about 5 people. Plenty of towels, seating and an amazing sunrise every day! The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you could ever need. Beth the owner was so pleasant to deal with and even checked in with us after a bad storm to make sure we survived . Great stay that we would highly recommend!

Pictures do not due Casa Felice justice! Breathtaking views, right on the water. Easy access down to beach. She has boards, kayak, floats and chairs available for you. Extremely friendly and always answered my questions fast and with so much detail. She gave us a lot of wonderful advice and places to go. Casa Felice was clean and in a great location, 5 mins from the airport. 100% would stay here again! Make sure you bring mosquito repellent as they are bad at night. We didn’t have any issues during the day, just after sunset.

What an amazing place! It really is right on the water. We started every day with coffee on the beach, and the close proximity let us come in and out of the gorgeous ocean whenever we liked! The house is extremely clean, well maintained, and comfortable! It was like having all of the convenience of being at home, except you get to be on the Exuma beach front! Wifi in the house was great as well. Truly an unforgettable experience!!!

Amazing Getaway

Our family has come to cherish the warm people of Exuma and their rich traditions. Our home, built directly above the beach, offers spectacular vistas with ever-changing shades of Exuma blue, providing a constant reminder of the island’s serenity. Each day spent here offers a peaceful, scenic experience that instills a deep sense of calm and tranquility.
