The master en-suite has a king sized bed and a 45" TV, connected with your private bathroom leading to the pool area. This home has a large livingroom with quality leather furniture as you view TV on a 55"(internet ready) as well as a sitting area. Two more bedrooms with a bathroom have queen sized beds, one with private pool access. Family located within minutes to address any questions.

Fun trip to Cape Coral

Very clean property with responsive ownership. Really enjoyed the pool. Roomy bedrooms. Thoughtfully stocked with amenities.

Relaxing and clean

Great experience renting from Angela. Everything was as described. We sat out at the pool each morning and relaxed and then left for our daily adventures. Came back and had a well-stocked kitchen to cook our dinner in. Had lots of options on the TV on the days it rained. The pool was heated and a perfect temperature. The showers were great and I slept like a log in the bed. The house is off a busy street, so when sitting outside, you do hear the traffic during commuter hours, but not much at other times. Even with that, the backyard and pool/lanai were like a little oasis. It seemed a very safe neighborhood and I didn’t feel concerned at all regarding safety. The garage was spacious and we were grateful to be able to park inside if it (not always an option for rentals). Lastly, there was everything there that we needed for the beach; chairs, umbrella, coolers. The washer and dryer were newer and made it so we did not have to pack as much. All in all, a great experience.

Florida Trip

Enjoyed coffee on the lenai in morning and grilling and relaxing in heated pool in the evening. Well equipped kitchen, conveniently located to downtown and host that was very conscientious about our needs. Have never had 1 take such good care of us checking in to see if we got into home and if anything we needed during the wk. would highly recommend to others!!

Outstanding Southwest Florida Vacation home!

If you're looking for an extremely well kept up, clean, comfortable vacation home with a beautiful pool (always warm and a nice deep end for swimming), within close walking distant to basically everything, that is owned and managed by one of the most courteous and caring people/manager's that we've ever worked with while vacationing, that will have you planning to visit again for your next vacation, then this is definitely a place for you! Very quiet and private backyard!

Clean & comfortable house

The house worked great for us. Each bedroom had a good size bed & TV. The house was very clean & had a full kitchen / appliances. Loved having the washer & dryer available. Nice to have a heating pool/ sitting area right out the patio doors in the backyard. When we contacted the owner we had a quick respond. We enjoyed our stay & would rent again if we had the opportunity.
