U Liamu is a large, very pleasant and well-equipped house near the sea at a place called PORTIGLIOLO in the municipality of COTI-CHIAVARI; in the middle of a calm cove far from the tourist area; 6 Bedrooms 3 bathrooms and 2 outdoor hot showers; superb view of the Gulf of Ajaccio; Ideal for meeting with family or friends while retaining a certain independence.
The beach is located at 1100 m (sailing club)
The swimming pool is located in the center of an enclosed garden of 1800 m2 with trees and pleasant, you can swim in complete privacy.
The house not overlooked is always rented exclusively (no other tenants).
You can easily contact the owners who are close by.
Each room overlooks the exterior and allows everyone to maintain their independence. There are many terraces.
Linens provided included in the rental price.
Nearby: convenience store, tennis, restaurant, sailing club and boat rental. 35km from Ajaccio airport (35 min by car); Nearest ferry to Ajaccio port, 40Km from the house (50mn by car).
