This is a wonderful family rental. New for 2022 season will be a newly renovated main bath with double sinks.
This 1st floor condo located just one block south of the convenient stores, food establishments and services on 34th Street and a short ride to Ocean City's famous boardwalk. This property features four bedrooms that sleep eight people comfortably (2 queen beds and 4 single beds), an air mattress is included for a ninth person, and there are two full bathrooms. Additional amenities include central air, off street parking, cable TV and wireless internet. Situated one and a half short blocks from the beach and just one block from the 34th Street playground. There are two decks for your enjoyment; one covered front deck with afternoon sun and a covered rear deck for morning sun. Great location

Great location, house was a bit dirty and dusty. Windows were stuck closed and we couldn’t open them. Trash was left in the house. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud very early in the morning and very late at night.

We loved our week in OCNJ! The location of the house was perfect with proximity to the park, restaurants and beach. We had so much fun!

Wonderful week at the shore

We had an amazing week in Ocean City and are so sad it’s over. This house perfectly met our needs. It was close to the beach and had great hang out space in the living room and porch. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely be interested in staying here again!

Labor Day Week

Great week with family and friends! The property is in such a great location - close to the beach, the playground, several restaurants. The house was very clean, great open concept between kitchen and family room. The oversized porch was used all week. Can’t wait to rent next year!

Convenient and relaxing getaway

Location is great for those that don't want to be in the crowded boardwalk area but still enjoy of a clean large beach, a few restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, pharmacy, ice-cream parlor, bike rental, fresh market and a wonderful playground area with basketball and tennis courts! The property has everything you need and more. TVs in every room, board games, puzzles, full kitchen, gorgeous front porch with tables, chairs and sofa. Rooms are large, well aired and illuminated with plenty of space for everyone. Only missing item I would say is an outdoor grill and bikes. Although you can either rent them from a location two blocks away or bring your own and store in the garage. You will find a full shower in the garage and hoses on the side entrance to wash off any sand before coming into the house. The property provides plenty of beach chairs as well. No linens or towels at least at this moment. Property managers were very cordial and prompt in all responses. I would definitely book again!
