Villa composed of an apartment on the ground floor and another upstairs, occupied by the owner. The rental offer only concerns the apartment on the ground floor. Only you will have the enjoyment of the pine forest behind the house with living room and summer kitchen out of sight.

Soft path nearby to get to the city center, 10 minutes on foot.
