Cute vacation cottage, needs better upkeep

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my third year renting this vacation property, and I found that conditions have deteriorated a little bit. Floors were very sandy when I arrived. Outdoor shower does not drain properly. No longer an outdoor grill on the premises. Blades of ceiling fan in primary bedroom hitting the light fixture. Windowshades and pictures not properly hung, tend to fall down when used. Property management company very professional in addressing issues during my stay..
