Gorgeous and updated, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers stunning views of popular Trotting Park Road Beach and is just steps from the ocean in beautiful West Dennis. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a separate dining area perfect for family meals, and a washer and dryer located in the garage. Every bedroom is outfitted with a window air conditioning unit to keep you cool and comfortable. Brand new kitchen flooring and a new couch purchased for the 2025 season, making your stay even more enjoyable.

Outside, relax on the patio, fire up the gas grill for outdoor dining, and rinse off the beach sand in the enclosed outdoor shower. With WiFi throughout the home and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, this is a place you and your family will want to return to year after year.

Please note: the beach in front of the home is small (runs from fence post to fence post). You also have access to a shared private beach a few doors down.

Nearby restaurants include the Lighthouse Cafe, the Sand Bar, Good Friends Cafe, the Summer Shanty, Paradise Pizza, O'Shea's Olde Inn, and the "don't miss" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

The house was great and the beach being so close was perfect. The only complaint we had (which has nothing to do with the owners or Martha Murray) was there were huge pieces of driftwood/stumps sticking out of the sand that were very sharp. Luckily no one got hurt, but it could have been a problem had we not seen them!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Maintenance was just ok. Mildew in bath blinds, furnishings not clean and in need of updates. Rug on kitchen flooring just not very acceptable with very young children. Beach was good.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the neighbors.The house was really comfortable and spacious.Only comment is could use a new shower head in outside shower.Also carpet in the kitchen was interesting from a cooking and working in a kitchen aspect. We cook in every night and a more indoor outdoor or flooring would be better. But we survived through it.

2 Trotting Park Extension

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, my famiuly and I noticed a marked deterioration of the property since our last visit in 20212. There was existing damage to the living room wall, torn front and rear entry door screens and broken wooden front porch picnic table when we arrived, and the microwave oven, living room furniture, front door and kitchen window are very much in need of replacement. We like the proximity to the beach but am disappointed with the apparent lack of upkeep to the property.

Nice home with excellent location; LR furniture needs upgrade

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this house before, and had mostly the same experience. The house is clean and well cared for. The location can't be beat as the beach is right across the street. The windows provided a nice cross breeze while the temps were reasonable, and the air conditioners were needed once the temps hit 80 . The one issue we had with the house was that the seating in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. The couch had no support and felt like you were sinking in quicksand and the armchair was not much better. Would recommend replacing the LR furniture with something more comfortable.

The home was clean, well equipped, the air conditioning was a nice touch for a damp day (as we all know the Cape can get!). If I were to give one critical thought-an upgrade to the outdoor shower would make this even better. We love an outdoor shower, but this one was not the greatest. A new shower head alone would have been fantastic. Other than that this was perfect! Perfect location, perfect amount of rooms/bathrooms. Very clean. Updated. Bright and cheery. Good parking. Super close to the beach. And Martha Murray was great to work with as well!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a family week in this West Dennis right on the beach. The location is ideal!! The whole family, ages 9 through 77 could walk out of the house in bare feet and right onto the beach. We did Tai Chi on the beach in the early morning, sat and played on the beach and in the water each day, and took evening walks there together.The house itself was fine, with beautiful views, especially from the upstairs main bedroom. Martha Murray was great to deal with through the whole process, from booking and through our time there. We had two small issues and they took care of each quickly and courteously. We definitely would return to this place. PS The neighbors are lovely people.
