Welcome to Serenity Now! 5BR, 2.5 baths and hot/cold water outdoor shower. Completely remodeled with new furniture and beds; upstairs and downstairs living space; ELEVATOR for seniors and disabled; pack n' play and highchair for the baby; beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs for all! Kitchen is fully equipped and BBQ allows for easy family meals. Enjoy huge covered, wrap around decks and ocean views from nearly every room! Just 10 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and 5 minutes to shopping and golf! Sleeps 10 comfortably. Relaxing, impeccably clean, and light-filled space will be your Serenity Now! June through August, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are generally WEEKLY rentals (Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun), but please inquire for shorter stays.
Note: Service and emotional support animals and pets are not allowed because our family is severely allergic and asthmatic.

We have stayed here two years in a row and love it. The elevator was one of the things that drew me to this house as it allows my 95 year old mother to able to come and be a part of everything. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. If you are looking for a house to rent that is right on the beach, this is your place..

We checked out this beach house to use when our kids and grandkids come to visit. It was awesome! The layout was perfect and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The sunrise on the deck was stunning. Exceptionally clean and updated. Our host, Marla, was very helpful with all instructions. We didn't have one problem. We will certainly be using this home for future family visits!

Fully stocked home with beautiful view of the beach. There was plenty of space in the home and we loved waking up and seeing the ocean. The outdoor shower was so convenient to bathe my little ones after the beach. The home was 5 min away from a Publix and close to the downtown St Augustine area. Marla was very responsive and helpful with questions! Our family had an amazing time!

A clean beach front home with maximum sleep space ! This section of the beach does not allow cars so very safe for the littles to play in the sand. Kitchen has everything you need and a view from the family dining area.

This was the second year I rented “Serenity Now” and will do it again next year if we make the same weekend plans. The property, location, and beach access are fantastic. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach stay in the St Augustine area.

Great house right on the beach that was very comfortable for our family of 8. Awesome amenities and felt like we had a private beach. The sunrises were spectacular! Very close to all attractions and historic St. Augustine. The property manager provided excellent communication and made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip very special.

The physical property is a stunning piece of nature. Quiet, gorgeous beach close to great restaurants and shops. The house is perfect for large families; multiple bedrooms with great ocean views.Open living space perfect for gathering. 10/10 in every category!

Loved this house, we live on the river about 30 miles away and love the quick escapes to the Vilano Beach area. Rent houses there very often for quick oceanfront retreats! This one was a gem. Everything we needed was there. Property was very well provisioned, the hostess was great to communicate with. Location on the beach was very nice, not too crowded, not to desolate. Close to the stores and of course Caps on the water. Has two excellent dinners. Drove down in my boat and left it at Commanche Cove Marina, a quick drive from the house. Overall it was a great experience. Will probably rent again when we get the chance. We gave it a 10 out of 10. Hope you do too.

As the name "Serenity Now" suggests, we are big fans of Seinfeld. We live for the belly ache laughter found with good friends while on vacation together. House boating, New Orleans, Cabo, African safaris and music festivals are our favorites. Whether it's a girls trip, guys trip or family vacation, travel is our number one guilty pleasure. It doesn't have to be fancy, but it must be clean, comfortable, offer good food, interesting sites and fun activities.

Why they chose this property

We searched all of Florida to find the perfect location. St. Augustine is eclectic, historic and young at heart. Flagler College contributes to the academic and artistic vibe. Old moss trees and spanish architecture make it beautiful. Great music festivals and concerts flow through the town. Farm/sea to table restaurants offer wonderful eateries. Golf, NASCAR, and football are nearby. Our beach is pristine with a long stretch of white sand that is practically private. The ocean behind our home is perfect for swimming, fishing, and offers a terrific break for boogie boarding and surfing without being dangerous for little kids.

What makes this property unique

We bought and remodeled this home to meet what we would want if we were renting a vacation home: space for the kids to hang out, an elevator to make life easy for the grandparents or those who can't walk stairs, a long covered porch perfect to shade the babies while allowing mom to be part of the action, enough sleeping space for multiple families, and a hot outdoor shower at sunset! Just walk down our back stairs and you are on the beach- NO long walk over dunes to get to the beach- ultra convenient!
