Parking was super convenient, right in from of the unit! The apartment is older but was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. We loved that the dining table was big enough that our daughter and her roommates (CSU students) could join us for dinner too. The neighborhood was quiet, and very convenient to CSU and places around FoCo. It was also very walkable and safe so I could take our little dog out for walks easily day or night. The host, Stacy, was just a text message away if we needed anything. We've enjoyed staying in another (larger) of Stacy's properties when we had more family members with us. She's a great host!
Such a cozy, nice spot! Great location to old town. Spacious area to enjoy. Loved the backyard fire pit!

Great location - felt safe, easy access, warm and comfortable
Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy access. Beds were very comfortable and warm. Had everything we needed. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your VRBO.
The host was very welcoming and the house was fine for what we needed- fairly close to family and very close to campus. We were happy to have a small yard and lots of places to walk our dog. We didn’t cook in the house since we were spending holidays with our local family, but it seemed well outfitted. It’s in a gorgeous neighborhood- right where we had our first house when we got married 50 years ago and we’re still in college, so lots of fun memories as we walked around, but very close to train tracks and the hospital. We only heard trains one night out of three.
Second time here and we love the location and ease of parking. Recommendations: a cozy chair in the living room would be great. The 2 leather chairs are very hard to get in and out of for we seniors. Also, outside trimming and weed control is needed. Big weeds growing out of many bushes.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location. We'll look into adding a cozy chair and improving the landscaping. We hope to see you again soon.
The property was older but comfortable. Parking was great, directly in front of the unit. Very close to the college and also to old town where we spent most of our time. We enjoyed dinner at The Farmhouse at Jessup Farms and The Regional on College Avenue. We had a great breakfast one morning at Lucile's Creole Cafe. Truly a perfect getaway.
Our stay was as expected…we enjoyed the location of the property…all was good.

Clean, quiet complex, minutes away from everything Ft Collins. We were able to tour CSU, grab breakfast, visit breweries and the reservoir with ease. Great place to stay for a getaway. It’s our second time staying here, it won’t be our last. Thank you
The home owners were remarkably flexible and responded immediately to our needs.
Really cute space, they are dog lovers, like us, and our big girl had a lovely yard to sun bathe in.
The property was very functional. All the basic kitchen features and implements were provided. Would be an excellent choice for someone needing accommodations while a loved one was in the hospital close nearby.

This was a great base point "home" for visiting my daughter who is a CSU student. Wonderful quiet neighborhood, close to everything, clean and home like. Had a wonderful visit with my daughter and got to check out some cool things in the surrounding areas. Would definitely book again. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

We love Stacy’s listings! We have stayed at another unit before (also loved it!) and tried #3 this time, which we loved even more! 5 min drive to old town, pet friendly, quiet and spacious apartment! 10 min from some great fishing ponds. Great for two of us and our dog. Parking available up front. I highly recommend and will continue booking when visiting Fort Collins.

This is an older but well maintained property. It feels open and airy. You cannot beat the location, in a very quiet, nice neighborhood with excellent access to downtown and campus and bike trails. The hospital is just down the street, but we did not hear any ambulance noise, and Garfield road has very little traffic . Very clean overall, but dust balls under the beds. The kitchen has basic appliances and supplies, we were able to prepare most meals, no dishwasher in this unit. Loved having access to the shed with cruiser bikes, a few helmets and pump available as well, which was a nice detail.

The apartment has a great location. It's minimally decorated (not as nice as the pictures). Our difficulties was with cleanliness. The drawers in the kitchen are dirty inside. In the bedrooms, behind beds/furniture there's gobs of fur and dirt. Plus there's not even one kleenex in the place.... We'd probably not go back. Sorry.
