Welcome to Colonnade Club, Hilton Head Island! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Shipyard Plantation vacation villa is located on the second floor of the Colonnade Club of offers comfort, convenience and classic resort style amenities for your Hilton Head Island vacation.

To the left of the entry foyer is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a TV and a connecting door to the hall bathroom. On the right of the foyer is the fully equipped kitchen. Just off the kitchen you will find the laundry room containing a full-size washer and dryer. In addition, the kitchen has a convenient dining/serving counter with 2 barstools that is open to the formal dining area, where there is a table with seating for 6.

The adjacent living room features comfortable seating, an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player for your indoor entertainment and a private balcony to relax and enjoy the Hilton Head Island outdoor lifestyle.

Colonnade Club 168 comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a spacious walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The Colonnade Club, Hilton Head is a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation, close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. This complex is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $25 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

Shipyard Plantation is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. We enjoyed a great stay!

We really enjoyed the location of the property, it’s perfect for riding bikes or hanging out in the pool. We’ll definitely be back!

Needs Some Attention

Great location! Very convenient! Properly stocked. Carpet was taped down coming from shower area to vanity area. HVAC filter was COVERED in pet hair and dust. Had not been cleaned. Air filter was FILTHY! Love seat in living room was broken down in the middle. Pull out sofa was awful. Torn pillows on couch. We bought a blow up rather than use it after the first night. Balcony was moldy and that area was not clean. This condo has great amenities but I would consider updating the furniture and making sure the condo was properly cleaned 😩
