5 Bedroom 1500 sq foot cottage. sleeps 8 with 1 full and 1half bath. Impeccably kept and maintained. Right on the waters edge with large permanent dock. 110 ft of frontage. New boat house with top sitting or sit inside for shade. Tons of room for fun in the sun. Amazing lake with wonderful town. Many Restaurants. House has all the amenities except W/D. Cable/internet present. Boat mooring available. All amenities are available. Boat rentals can be reserved at the Skaneateles marina. ONLY RENTS SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. 1 WEEK INTERVALS.

I mean it was perfect! We loved it and had a wonderful week! There were 8 of us and everyone had a blast . Can’t beat lake skaneatlas. One issue and it is minor, no air in 2 bedrooms, it was really hot 2 days so felt bad for the kids in those rooms but other then that we just went and bought them fans ! Love this home and location!

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Skaneateles Lake. The cottage was very comfortable and was more than enough room for our family of 4. We had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, grill, outdoor furniture, comfortable beds and good wifi service. What a wonderful respite from 2020 to get away and have a change of scenery on this beautiful lake. Communication with the owners was extremely easy and they were very quick to respond with any questions. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home on a stunning lake!

The house couldn’t have been cuter, and the owners were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We had three couples and two single family members; the five bedrooms gave us ample space. Highly recommend this property on the most beautiful lake! We can’t wait to go back!

Just a great place to escape, beautiful property in a great cottage. The owners are so generous and considerate to the needs of the tenants. All it needs is a microwave.

Charming!

This cottage is sparkling clean, quaint, light, and airy and is right on the lake, making it easy to swim and boat before coming in to make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is on the east side of the lake, so there are great views of sunsets over the lake. It is near the end of a quiet country lane, perfect for taking walks or jogs. The owners are very accommodating and respond quickly to questions. It was all a delightful experience for our 4 generation vacation!
